Product Description

HD1102 is HDMI KVM switch that supports 4K high definition video and USB 2.0. Users can switch the computer simply and quickly with the hotkey Scroll-Lock or the button

If the console display has built-in speakers and audio is supported via the HDMI interface, there is no need to use separate speakers.

Hotkey Operation Instructions

Press【Scroll-Lock】 key twice (Time interval within 2S) to enter the hotkey command mode, if no key is pressed within two seconds of the keyboard hotkey mode, the keyboard will exit the hotkey mode

| Switch between port 1 and port 2. e.g.: Press 【Scroll-Lock】 twice +【2】 to switch to port 2
【Scroll-Lock】+【Scroll-Lock】+【↑】/【↓】| Switch to the previous PC/ next PC.
【Scroll-Lock】+【Scroll-Lock】+【S】| Press the 【Scroll-Lock】twice+【S】 to active the Auto Scan Mode, and press any key to quit the mode. Move the mouse to increase the time scale.
【Scroll-Lock】+【Scroll-Lock】+【T】+【5~99】+【Enter】| Set auto scan time: Auto scan interval: 5~99s
【Scroll-Lock】+【Scroll-Lock】+【F】| Press 【Scroll-Lock】 twice + 【F】 to enter the hotkey circling mode:

【Scroll-Lock】→【L_Ctrl】→【Scroll-Lock】

【Scroll-Lock】+【Scroll-Lock】+【A】| Press 【Scroll-Lock】 twice +【A】to lock / unlock audio.
【Scroll-Lock】+【Scroll-Lock】+【U】| Press 【Scroll-Lock】twice +【U】 to lock/unlock the USB3.0.
【Scroll-Lock】+【Scroll-Lock】+【R】| Press 【Scroll-Lock】 twice + 【R】to restore factory settings

| Check whether the USB cable is connected (USB-B connects to the KVM switch, USB-A connects to the PC host)
Check whether the monitor is connected to the KVM switch
Check whether the monitor and the PC host are in the power-on state, and the monitor is directly connected to the PC host

**** No mouse and keyboard

| Check whether the USB cable and the DVI signal cable are connected to the same PC host
Unplug all the USB cables of port 1 and port 2 respectively and reconnect them one by one
If you are using a mechanical keyboard or mouse or a mouse with macros, please use the front USB port to connect

| **** No audio microphone| Check whether the audio cable, microphone cable, and DVI signal cable are connected to the same PC host
Ensure that the audio and microphone devices are in the power-on state
Check whether the audio and microphone devices are correctly connected to the KVM switch
Check whether the sound card of the PC host has recognized the audio and microphone equipment
