1 USB camera for Google Duo
Google Duo is an app that provides simple, high-quality video calls right from your TV. To start calling with Google Duo, below items are required:
1 . 10 Mbps or faster internet access for 1080p video call. 1 2. Google account 2 3. External USB camera with a built-in mic which supports Android 11.0 and later.

1 If connectivity issues arise, please turn on Data Saving Mode under Settings
Call Setup > Data Saving Mode. This reduces the necessary bandwidth as well as the call quality.
2 A Google account is required. Sign in with an existing account or create a new one. If there is one already signed in on your Google TV, select the account that you want to use.
3 Compatibility of USB cameras with this Philips Google TV may change over time with USB camera hardware and/or software updates.

How to connect USB camera
Connect a USB camera with a built-in mic directly into your Google TV before
launch Google Duo. Below is an example of how to connect and place USB camera.
After you launch Google Duo, follow onscreen instructions to setup and
configure settings of Google Duo including access to camera and mic.
E Tip: You cannot use mic on your Google TV remote for audio on Duo calls.
When you talk on Duo call, use the built-in mic in USB camera.

Troubleshoot for Google Duo
Problem USB camera does not work
Other party cannot hear anything (My microphone does not work)
I cannot hear other party (Speaker does not work)
Tip
· Check if USB camera supports Android 11.0 or later. (May be listed on USB
camera packaging or manufacturer’s website)
· Check if USB camera is connected to the TV. · Turn off the TV and
disconnect/reconnect USB camera.
Turn the TV back on and reopen the Duo app. · If issues remain, please visit
the Duo support page and
check the Troubleshoot section. (https://support.google.com/duo)
· Check if USB camera has a built-in mic and supports Android 11.0 or later.
(May be listed on USB camera packaging or manufacturer’s website)
· Check if your microphone is muted. (Please unmute if so) · Check if USB
camera is connected to the TV. · Turn off the TV and disconnect/reconnect USB
camera.
Turn the TV back on and reopen the Duo app. · If issues remain, please visit

check the Troubleshoot section. (https://support.google.com/duo)
· Check if the volume of the TV is muted or very low. (Please unmute or turn
the volume up if so)
· Check if USB camera is connected to the TV. · Turn off the TV and
disconnect/reconnect USB camera.

2 Controller for Stadia
Stadia is Google’s gaming platform that lets you instantly play your favorite
video games right from your TV, with no special hardware required.
To start gaming with Stadia, below items are required:
1 . 10 Mbps internet connection is the minimum recommended. To play in 4K
resolution, you’ll need an active Stadia Pro subscription and a network speed
of 35 Mbps or greater.
2. Google account 3. Controller. Recommended controllers below.

How to connect controller
How to connect Stadia controller through WiFi
1 Set up your Stadia Controller on the same Wi-Fi network as your Google TV To
set up your Stadia controller with Wi-Fi, download the Stadia mobile app.
1. To turn on your Stadia Controller, press and hold the Stadia button Stadia
button for 2 seconds until it vibrates.
2. On your mobile device, open the Stadia app Stadia icon . 3. In the top
right, tap the controller icon . 4. Select your controller from the list. 5.
When your controller starts vibrating, tap Yes and then Continue. 6. Tap
Connect to [network name], where [network name] is the Wi-Fi network your
mobile
device is connected to. 7. To connect your Stadia Controller to a different
network, tap Choose a different network. 8. Enter your Wi-Fi password, then
tap Connect to Wi-Fi and then Done. 9. Your controller will download and
install an update. You don’t need to wait for the update
to finish before continuing. 10. Tap OK.
2 Link to Google TV
1. Download the Stadia app on Google TV, then use your TV remote to launch it.
2. On the Stadia home screen, select your avatar at the top right.
3. Select the controller icon .
4. On your Stadia Controller, press and hold the Stadia button twice and the button blinks white.
until the controller vibrates
5. Use the Stadia Controller’s d-pad and face buttons ( A , B , X , and Y button) to enter the linking code displayed on the TV screen.
C Note: If you connect a Bluetooth controller to Google TV or Android TV, you can use it to play games on Stadia without a linking code.

How to connect controller through Bluetooth 1. From the Google TV home screen,
in the top right, go to the profile picture or initial and
select Settings. 2. Select Remote & Accessories and then Pair remote or
accessory. 3. Make sure your controller is in pairing mode or is visible to
other devices.
a. How to turn on pairing mode with Dualshock 4 controller i. Make sure the
light bar on the controller is off. If the light bar is on, press and hold the
PS button until it turns off. If a USB cable is connected to the controller,
disconnect it. ii. Press and hold the SHARE button and PS button until the
light bar flashes.
b. How to turn on pairing mode with Xbox one controller i. Turn on your Xbox
wireless controller by pressing the Xbox button. ii. Press and hold the Pair
button on your controller for three seconds (the Xbox button will start
flashing rapidly).
c. How to turn on pairing mode with other 3rd party controller i. Please
follow 3rd party controller’s instruction
4. Identify the controller you want to pair from the list and select it. 5.
On the Bluetooth pairing request screen, select Pair. E Tip:
Accessories that have been paired with your device appear in the Remote &
Accessories section of Settings. You can also rename or forget devices.

Troubleshoot for Stadia
Problem Controller does not work with USB connection
Controller does not work with Bluetooth connection
Lagging or skipping
Tip
· Check if controller is compatible with Android OS 11 or later.
· Turn off the TV and reconnect with USB. Turn the TV back on.
· Check if controller supports Android OS 11 or later. · Check if controller
battery is charged. · Unpair/re-pair the Bluetooth device. · Reset controller
and reconnect.
· Check if internet speed is enough to stream a game smoothly. 10 Mbps
internet connection is the minimum recommended. To play in 4K resolution, you
will need an active Stadia Pro subscription and a network speed of 35 Mbps or
greater.
· Turn off other active programs that may be slowing down your internet
connection.
· Try restarting your router · Try moving closer to your Wi-Fi setup. · If
connected to internet with Wi-Fi, try connecting with
an Ethernet cable instead for a more stable connection if possible.
