Waterproof Box Installation
- A. How to Open the Waterproof Box
Please lift up the buckle on the top of the waterproof box from the lens side, and then open the waterproof box cover.
- B. How to Install the Waterproof Box
Please fasten the buckle on the top of the waterproof box to the lid of the
waterproof box (as shown in the picture, there is a slot on the top of the
cover that can snap together with the buckle), press the cover tightly, and
then press the buckle downward toward the lens side.
Note: To prevent damage to the camera, please practice the installation of the
waterproof box in advance.
Camera Installation
A variety of accessories are provided to freely combine and install the camera in the desired location. The following is a reference for common accessory combinations. If you encounter any problems during installation, please contact us.

Function Description
- WiFt: Turn on or off, and set the WiFi name and password.
- Auto Dormant: Screen break time, optional off/10s/20/30/60s.
- Auto Power Off: Camera automatic shutdown time, optional off/1Min/3Min/5Min.
- Language: Support English/Japanese/Simplitied Chinese/ Tradi- tional Chinese/ French/Spanish/German/Italian.
- SubScreen Display: It is larger than the default viewing angle.
- Inversion Mode: It supports the camera screen image flipped upside down.
- Stamp: Display brand watermark and date stamp.
- Format SD: After inserting the SD card into the camera, it must be formatted before it can be used.
APP
WiFi Connection
- Please follow the steps below to connect the camera to WiFi:
- Download and open the XTU GO app, keep the camera open, and keep the phone within 3 meters of the camera.
- Open the WiFi settings on your phone, connect to the camera’s WiFi (XTUCam_XXXX) and enter the password 12345678. (Please turn off VPN and Bluetooth and cellular data when WiFi cannot be found)
- After the WiFi connection is stable, add a new camera andset the app system settings.
- After inserting the SD card into the dash cam, please find the “Format SD Card” function in the camera system menu or mobile APP menu and execute it.
Please scan the QR code to download the APP, or search “XTU GO” in Google Play and IOS app stores to download the APP.

FQA
Q: What type of memory card can the camera use?
A: We recommend using a reputable 64-256GB U3-level micro SD card, such as SanDisk and Samsung, because SD card with insufficient memory or low speed or poor quality may affect the normal use of the camera.
Q: Which app do I need to download to connect the camera to my phone?
A:Please download the XTU GO app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Q: Do I need to use a waterproof case when using the action camera underwater?
A: The camera is not waterproof, please use a waterproof case when using it underwater. The waterproof case also provides protection against damage from rain or snow.
