Specifications:
- Compatible Vehicles: 2023+ FORD F-250 thru F-550
- Tools Required: 18MM Socket/Wrench, 2 Hole Saw Bit/Drill
- Additional Recommendations: Safety glasses, Blue Masking Tape, Locking hardware for lights and light bar
Product Usage Instructions
- Set-Up: Ensure the vehicle is on a level surface, in PARK, with tires chocked and emergency brake ON. Wear safety glasses.
- Removing the Plastic Trim Cover: Gently remove the plastic trim covers around the front tow hooks to access the bumper bolts.
- Where to Drill: Use the provided templates to mark the center point for drilling. Double-check alignment before drilling.
- Drilling the Hole: Prop up and level out the part using pieces of wood. Align the hole saw bit properly and drill. Clean up any rough edges with sandpaper.
- Removing the Lower Bumper Bolts: Using an 18mm socket, remove the bolts on each side.
- Re-Install Plastic Pieces: Ensure metal clips are attached, align and snap plastic pieces back into place. Use Blue Masking Tape to prevent scratches.
- Installing the Light Bar: Lift the light bar into place, line it up with factory bumper bolt holes, hand thread the bolts, connect wiring to lights, and tighten bolts. Use locking hardware for added security.

- Drill
