PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

ULTRAWEED HTV:

1-Color Application Instructions:
Time: 12 seconds
Temperature: 260-300°F (Lower Temp for Polyester, Full Temp for Cotton)
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot
2- Color Application Instructions:
Time: Press background layer for 2-3 seconds, place foreground layer for full application of 12 seconds
Temperature: 260-300°F (Lower Temp for Polyester, Full Temp for Cotton)
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot

PUFF HTV

Cutting & Pressing Instructions:

1. Place plastic film carrier side down on your mat/cutter.
   Matte Side Down for Puff Vinyl. Glossy Side Up.

2. Use your cutting program to cut your design.
   Make sure you have mirrored your design.

3. Remove (“weed”) the excess vinyl.

4. Place your cut design on your item plastic film side up and press NO Teflon

5. When your timer sounds, unlock your press and remove the plastic carrier

Time: 8-10 seconds
Temp: 280°F / 138°C
Pressure: Medium/Firm
Peel: Hot
Do not repress – this will flatten the material

SOFT FOAM HTV:

1-Color Application Instructions:
Time: 15 seconds
Temp: 300°F / 150°C
Pressure: 3-4 Light/Medium (32 psi)
Peel: Cold
2-Color Application Instructions:
Time: 15 seconds per layer
Temperature: 300°F / 150°C
Pressure: Medium (45 psi)
Peel: Warm
SOFT FOAM CAN ONLY BE LAYERED ON ITSELF, THIS IS A THICKER MATERIAL, SO UP YOUR PRESSURE ON YOUR CUTTER.

GLITTER FLAKE HTV:

Application to Natural Fibers:
Time: 10-12 seconds
Temperature: 302°F/150°C
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot
Application to Synthetic Fibers:
Time: 10-12 seconds
Temperature: 290°F/143°C
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot

PATTERNED HTV:

Express Print Application Instructions
Time: 15-20 seconds
Temperature: 300°F/149°C
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Wait 5 Seconds, Peel Warm

PATTERNED SOFT FOAM HTV:

Application Instructions
Time: 15 seconds
Temperature: 302°F/150°C
Pressure: 45psi (3 to 4) Light to Medium
Peel: Hot

PRINTED HTV TRANSFERS:

1. Weed design and remove all excess vinyl
2. Lay clear carrier mask sheet over and smooth it down with a squeegee. The carrier sheet is an additional piece you need and it is reusable. We have them available if you need it.
3. Flip over and carefully remove the original vinyl backing from the transfer
4. Put the transfer where you want it on your garment.
5. Press at 325°F for 5 seconds at medium pressure. Do not use any Teflon or cover sheets.
6. Wait a few seconds and peel warm.

HALOGRAPHIC TWILL TRANSFERS:

1. Weed design and remove all excess vinyl
2. Lay clear carrier mask sheet over and smooth it down with a squeegee. The carrier sheet is an additional piece you need and it is reusable. We have them available if you need it.
3. Flip over and carefully remove the original vinyl backing from the transfer
4. Put the transfer where you want it on your garment.
5. Press at 302°F for 15 seconds at medium pressure. Do not use any Teflon or cover sheets.
6. Wait a few seconds and peel warm.

SCREEN PRINTED TRANSFERS:

1. Place transfer on your t-shirt
2. Press at 350°F for 7 seconds at medium to heavy pressure
3. Peel hot.
