CARE & USE

Each Freezer Tray holds approximately 3 cups of liquid in total.
-
Freezer Trays feature a metal ring around the outer lip to help the tray
hold its shape and ensure Lids stay on firmly. Do not attempt to bend
the Freezer Trays or the Lids may no longer attach properly. -
After filling with water, be sure to hold the tray level with two hands to
prevent spills. -
Lids have a flap on each long side that can be clipped down to secure
them to the Freezer Tray. When the flaps are clipped into place, the
Freezer Trays are fully leakproof. -
If the silicone seal around the Lid slips down, simply push it back into
place manually. -
The Lid of the Freezer Trays can be marked up to remind you what’s
inside! Use a dry-erase marker or a permanent marker (wipe with
alcohol to remove). -
Your Dash Perfect Portion Freezer Trays are 100% FDA Food Grade
Silicone and BPA-free. -
The Freezer Trays are oven safe up to 425°F. The Lid is NOT oven safe.

The Freezer Trays and Lid are top-rack dishwasher safe. You can also
clean them using a soft sponge or cloth and warm soapy water. -
Dash Perfect Portion Freezer trays are NOT microwave safe, as they
contain a metal rim for support. -

Warranty
STOREBOUND, LLC – 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Your StoreBound product is warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original
purchase when utilized for normal and intended household use. Should any
defect covered by the terms of the limited warranty be discovered within one
(1) year, StoreBound, LLC will repair or replace the defective part. To
process a warranty claim, contact Customer Support at
1-800-898-6970 for further assistance
and instruction. A Customer Support agent will assist you by troubleshooting
minor problems. If troubleshooting fails to fix the problem, a return
authorization will be issued. Proof of purchase indicating the date and place
of purchase is required and should accompany the return. You must also include
your full name, shipping address, and telephone number. We are unable to ship
returns to a PO box. StoreBound will not be responsible for delays or
unprocessed claims resulting from a purchaser’s failure to provide any or all
of the necessary information. Freight costs must be prepaid by the purchaser.
