The new Ascom i63 combines the
reliability, ease-of-management and
performance of VoWiFi with enterprise-
grade ruggedness, ergonomics and
stylish design. Available in three models (Talker, Messenger, Protector), the
Ascom i63 VoWiFi delivers exceptional network and roaming performance.
Bluetooth and locating
All models are Bluetooth enabled,
allowing wireless headsets to be used for handsfree operation. The Protector
model is compatible with IR and LF. Messenger and Protector models also
support Bluetooth Low Energy location systems, WLAN access points, Cisco MSE
and AiRISTA Flow RTLS location systems.

A 920mAh battery provides up to
100 hours of stand-by and ten hours
of speech time. The sturdy body is dust and water resistant to IP44 standard,
and can be safely cleaned with common
disinfectants.

Supports four network systems, with auto and manual selection. Seamless
roaming is optimized with 802.11r, 802.11K,
and opportunistic key and pairwise master (PMKSA) caching.
■ Easy to use. Bluetooth-enabled headset allows handsfree operation. Large, easy-to-read screen and a light weight (only 135g / 4.8oz) help make the Ascom i63 comfortable to use for even the longest shifts.
