Product Usage Instructions

Activation and Warranty :
Please activate the 2-year warranty within 14 days of receiving the product by scanning the code on xtikland.com and following the instructions provided on the website.

Connection and Operation:

  1. Take out the earbuds to power them on automatically.
  2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and click on “ A12 ” to pair the earbuds.

Resetting :
If you encounter any connection or function issues with the earbuds, follow these steps to reset them:

  1. Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on your phone.
  2. Place the earbuds in the charging case to charge.
  3. Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds.
  4. If the issue persists, repeat the reset process.

Using Earbud Controls:

  • X2 – Play/Pause: Click once
  • X2 – Switch Song/Adjust Volume/Power On/Off: Click twice
  • X3 – Siri/Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 2 seconds

Troubleshooting:

  • If there is no sound when connected, click the right earbud to increase the volume.
  • If one earbud does not charge, clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and the charging case.
  • If an earbud cannot connect, reset it following the reset instructions.

  1. Take out the earbuds (Earbuds auto power on)
  2. After open the phone Bluetooth, Click the < A12 > to Pairing

Reset

If earbuds has any connection or function problems, please reset the earbuds

  1. Delete the BT pairing information on the phone.
  2. Put the earbuds into the charging case to charge.
  3. Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds. (If the above operation does not work, please try again)

  • 2S: Press and hold for 2 second

Problem handling

  1. Can be connected but there is no sound:
    Click the right earbuds to increase the volume.

  3. One of the earbuds cannot be connected:
    Reset the earbuds. If the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate the warranty and contact us to send a new product.
