Product Usage Instructions
Warranty Activation
Please activate the 2-year warranty within 14 days of receiving the
product. Follow the steps below
- Scan the code to enter our website xtikland.com
- Activate the warranty within 14 days after receiving the product.
Pairing and Connection
- Take out the earbuds (Earbuds will auto power on)
- Open the phone’s Bluetooth settings
- Click the pairing button to connect with the available devices list
Resetting Earbuds
If the earbuds have any connection or function problems, please follow the
steps below to reset them
- Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone
- Put the earbuds into the charging case to charge
- Take out the earbuds and wait for 20 seconds
- If the above operation does not work, please try again
Playback and Call Controls
- Play/Pause : X2 (Click Once)
- Switch Song : X2 (Click 2 times)
- Adjust Volume: X2 (Press and hold for 2 seconds)
- Power On/Off : X2 (Press and hold for 2 seconds)
- Siri/Voice Assistant : X3 (Press and hold for 2 seconds)
- Answer/Hang up/Reject Call: X1 (Click Once)
Troubleshooting
- No sound when connected: Click the right earbud to increase the volume
- One of the earbuds cannot be charged: Clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and the charging case
- One of the earbuds cannot be connected : Reset the earbuds
- If the earbuds cannot be charged, please activate the warranty and contact us to send a new product
- Please clean the charging contacts of the earbuds and charging case frequently to avoid charging failures
Safety Instructions
- Keep the product away from extremely hot and cold environments, as it may damage the battery and circuit
- Avoid liquid immersion into the product
- Do not disassemble the product
- Do not use concentrated chemical products or detergents to clean the product
- Use only a 5V/1A power supply. Connecting a power supply with a higher voltage may cause serious damage
- Do not randomly discard or place the product near fire or high temperature to avoid the danger of explosion
