Description
The Air Fry Digital 360 features a frying tray, frying pot, control panel, and various cooking programs for different food types.
Control Panel
The control panel includes pre-heat program, temperature selector buttons, specific food programs, display, and time selector buttons.
Instructions for Use
- Handle the fry pot using the handle (C) to avoid burns.
- You can set the timer from 1 minute to 60 minutes using the time selector buttons.
- Set a time and temperature manually without choosing a specific program using the selector buttons.
- If the appliance is cool, add 3 minutes to the cooking time or use the pre-heating program.
- To shake ingredients during cooking, pull out the fry pot by the handle and shake it.
- To stop the cooking process, press the pause/start button.
Cleaning

USE AND CARE
- Fully extend the appliance’s supply cord before each use.
- Do not use the appliance if the parts or accessories are not properly fitted.
- Do not use the appliance if the accessories attached to it are defective. Replace them immediately.
- Do not use the appliance when empty.
- Do not fill the pot with oil.
- Do not move the appliance while in use.
- To keep the non-stick treatment in good condition, do not use metal or pointed utensils on it.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and before undertaking any cleaning task.
- Store this appliance out of reach of children and/or persons with physical, sensory or reduced mental or lack of experience and knowledge.
- Do not store or transport the appliance if it is still hot. Let it cool down for approx. 30 min.
- Never leave the appliance connected and unattended if it is not in use. This saves energy and prolongs the life of the appliance.
- Use only utensils appropriate to support high temperatures.
- As a reference, in the annexed table, you will find a recommendation on the cooking temperature and time for several meals.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
- Make sure that the entire product’s packaging has been removed.
- Please read the “Safety advice and warnings” booklet carefully before first use.
- Before using the product for the first time, clean the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the «Cleaning» section.
USE

Unroll the supply cord completely before plugging it in.

Place the appliance on a horizontal, level and stable surface.

Connect the appliance to the mains.

Take the fry pot (B) out of the fryer carefully.
Note: Manipulate the fry pot using the handle (C). Don’t touch the fry pot when it’s hot. -
Put the ingredients you want to fry inside the pot.

Introduce the fry pot inside the fryer.
-
Turn the appliance on by pressing the on/off button.

Choose the desired program clicking on it. You will see the temperature and the time of this program on the display (5).

Once you’ve done it, you can adjust the temperature with the increase/decrease temperature selector buttons (2).

Note: Default temperature is 180 ºC but you can set the temperature from 50 ºC to 200 ºC.

You can also adjust the timer with the increase/decrease time selector buttons (8).

Note: Default time is 15 min but you can set the timer from 1 min to 60 min.

Note: You can also set a time and temperature without choosing any program using the time and temperature selector buttons.

Note: If you hold on pressing the increase/decrease buttons the time will change rapidly.

Once set up, press the pause/start button (9) and the fryer will start cooking.

During the cooking process, the pause/start button and the button for the selected programme will flash showing when the appliance is heating.

Note: Have in mind that if the appliance is cool, you should add 3 minutes to the cooking time or use the pre-heating program (1).

Note: If you want to shake the ingredients, pull the fry pot out of the appliance by the handle and shake it. When you introduce the pot in the fryer again the program will continue.

Note: If you want to stop the cooking process, press the pause/start button (9).

Once the cooking time reaches its end, the appliance will beep ten times. You can now pull out the fry pot.

Note: The fan will continue working for 1 min cooling down the appliance.

CAUTION: Fry pot and food will be very HOT.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE

Unplug the appliance from the mains
Note: Remove the pot to let the air fryer cool down more quickly. -
Clean the appliance as it is explained in the «Cleaning» section.
CLEANING

Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.

Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry it.
-
Do not use solvents or products with an acid or base pH, such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
-
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
-
It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food that remains.
-
If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance’s useful life and could become unsafe to use.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem | Possible cause | Solution |

The air fryer does not work | The appliance is not plugged into the mains. | Put |

The ingredients fried with the air fryer are not done.| The amount of the
ingredients in the rack is too much.| Put smaller batches of ingredients in
the rack. Smaller batches are fried more evenly.
The set temperature is too low.| Set the temperature key to the required
temperature setting. See ‘Use’ in the section «Instructions for use».
The preparation time is too short.| Set the timer key to the required
preparation time. See ‘Use’ in the section «Instructions for use».
The ingredients are fried unevenly in the air fryer.| Certain types of the
ingredients need to be shaken halfway through the preparation time.|
Ingredients that lie on top of or across each other (e.g. fries) need to be
shaken halfway through the preparation time (see the ‘Recommendations table’).
Fried snacks are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer.| You used a
type of snacks meant to be prepared in a traditional deep fryer.| Use oven
snacks or lightly brush some oil onto the snacks for a crispier result.
Cannot slide the pot into the appliance properly.| There is too much food in
the rack.| Do not fill the rack beyond the Max amount indicated in the
‘Recommendations table’.
The frying tray is not placed in the pan correctly.| Push the tray down into
the pot until it cannot move further.
White smoke comes out of the appliance| You are preparing greasy ingredients.|
When you fry greasy ingredients in the air fryer, a large amount of oil will
leak into the frying pot. The oil produces white smoke, and the frying pot may
heat up more than usual. This does not affect the appliance or the end result.
The pot still contains greasy residues from previous use.| White smoke is
caused by grease heating up in the pot. Make sure you clean the pot properly
after each use.
Fresh potato fries are fried unevenly in the air fryer.| You did not rinse the
potato sticks properly before you fried them.| Rinse the potato sticks
properly to remove starch from the outside of the sticks.
You did not use the right potato type.| Use fresh potatoes and make sure they
stay firm during frying.
Fresh potato fries are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer.| The
crispiness of the fries depends on the amount of oil and water in the fries.|
Make sure you dry the potato sticks properly before you add the oil.
Cut the potato sticks smaller for a crispier result
Add slightly more oil for a crispier result.
