From the transformation into a Benefit Company to the B Corp certification process, Ambro-Sol is aware that it cannot create a sustainable product, without a company that is sustainable from the ground up, throughout its supply chain. Behind every Ambro-sol spray product grows a company that takes into consideration governance, workers, community, environment and customers.
For this reason, by amending the corporate bylaws, in 2021 Ambro-Sol becomes a Benefit company, making the commitment to sustainability binding on everyone. Furthermore, by measuring the results in terms of impact on society and the environment through the B Impact Assessment (BIA), the framework developed by the non-profit B Lab, Ambro-Sol completes the path to becoming a B Corp in 2022.
To better monitor progress towards achieving the objectives of common benefit, the company undertakes to report activities in a transparent and complete manner through an annual impact report, which describes both the actions carried out and the plans and commitments for future.
