Prepare for Use
Charge the Device

Put the devices into the charge case then connect the type-C/USB cable to charging
For the first time, recommended charge it for 3-hours before use it.
Wearing Test
Tips
- To help wearing, you can pull the outer ear backwards and upwards with the opposite hand
- The device would whistle for a while until the ear tip feels secure and tight.
If the ear plus not fitting, replace it.
Replace the earplugs
- Removing the domes
- Choose a fitting dome
- Installing the domes
How to connect with smart phone
Download APP & Bluetooth connection
- Scan QR code to download the APP.
- if you couldn’t scan, search ” ARPTUR” in APP store or Google Play to download the APP.
Hearing amplifier connection

open the Bluetooth on your phone.

Note: needn’t connect “D930” under Bluetooth.

Android : “D930_L” and “D930_R” appeared, do not connected.

open the APP “ARPTUR”.

Touch “searching the device”

D930_L D930_R appeared means Connected
Music and phone call connection
- open the Bluetooth on your phone.
- Note: connect “D930” under Bluetooth.
- Android: “D930_L” and “D930_R” appeared, do not connected.
Open the media player then play music or phone call via audio.
Tips :
- When the device working in music or phone call mode, it has no hearing gain, will not amplifier the sounds
- Close the music player or phone call the device will switch to hearing amplifier automatically, there will be 5″ delay. need waiting 5 secs.
- If you only use it for hearing amplifier, advise you disconnected the device “D930” under the Bluetooth.
Customize your hearing aids via the APP
Adjust the volume, modes and MPO
Mode Change: “Di-Di” sounds indicator the modes switching (Quiet, Noise
reduction. Deep noise reduction) Volume Down/Up: 9 levels volume adjustment.
MPO Down/Up: Max power output setting, this will protect your hearing from the
hurt of a suddenly loud sound.
Noise Reduction and Whistle suppression
Noise whistle reduce: Turn on this setting when you are in a noisy
environment or you feel there are many back ground noise.
Optimize Automatically
- Hearing test: when the app connected with the device, you can test your hearing loss degree first, then setting the volume, mode and frequency band automatically.
- Frequency Band: The Frequency range is 500 Hz–4000 Hz. and 500Hz.1kHz.2kHz.3kHz,4k Hz frequency bands gain can be adjusted separately for both ears.
Maintenance Guidance
- Clean earwax and debris everyday
- Clean the charge points everyday
Tips: Wipe the charging point with a dry cloth before charging.
Dirt and sweat will cause the charging failed.
Drying Hearing Aids

- Using a hearing aid dryer to dry every day
- Recommended drying the hearing aids with a Dehumidifier everyday.
