INDUCTION COOKING
This electric cooking plate is suitable for cooking and heating many foods
through the use of special pots and pans. The induction cooker “induces” a
magnetic field at the base of the cooking container, creating in the
containers itself some electric currents which heat the food inside in them.
In this way, almost all the absorbed power is transferred to the container,
minimizing the loss of heat. Moreover it is safe to use since the pot remains
cold during the process.
SUITABLE FOR POTS, PANS AND VESSELS
Polished, cast iron-made, iron-made, stainless steel with iron-made bottom,
aluminum alloy with iron-made bottom. Moreover the cooking vessel base should
be flat.
