Installation Of Barndoor

Take out the barndoor ,operation followed by the overview.

Open the spring, hold the both side of spring and take one side from the slot.

Put the barndoor with filter in the slot.

Use spring clip stuck the barndoor.

Installation

Installation

• When installation, keep the device far away t h e h e a t s e n s i t i v e o b j e c t s a n d explosivessensitive objects, leave at least 50CM of free space around the device.

• When the device put on horizontal place, the device must be placed directly on theplace, and devices must be secured with a mounting holder.

• When rigging the devices on the truss and the head face to the floor.Insert the quick-lock fasteners of the first mounting holder into the respective holes on the bottom ofthe device. Tighten the quick-lock fasteners ful ly clockwise. Install the second mountingholder. And the safety rope must be used at same time.

• Please use qualified safety-rope, which can hold at least 10 times the weight of thefixture. You must only use safety-ropes with quick links with screw cap. Pull the safetyrope through the hole on the bottom of the base and over the trussing system etc. Insertthe end in the quick link and tighten the fixation screw. A safety rope which already holdthe strain of a crash or which is defective must not be used again.

Dmx512 connection

• Please use xlr-xlr wires connect the dmx output of the controller with the dmx input of the first device, and connect the dmx output of the first device with the dmx input of the second device, always connect one output with the input of the next device until all devices are connected.

• Please use qualified XLR-XLR DMX cables.

Connection with power cable

• The person involved with the power connection must be qualified, and has the electrical engineering certificate.
• Connect the device to the powe cable with the power plug.
• The earth has to be connected.
• Power consumption 150W, input power supply AC100V-240V, 50/60Hz.

Important note: the specification of power line is 3G1.5 with a maximum current 13A,when power is 200V-240V, use grey plug power interconnection on the device, each group do  not exceed 16 sets of equipment; when power is 100V-120V, each interconnect please do not exceed 8 sets of equipment!

Zoom

Shown in the figure, loosen the handle, to move it forward or backward

to get needed spot size, then tighten the handle.

Dimmer

This equipment is dimming is 0-100% linear dimming, which can be adjusted through DMX512 signal, in the absence of DMX signal can be adjusted through the device menu “Man Dim” .But the dimming DMX512 signal is priority, when signal input, manual dimming is invalid, in order to realize manual light, you must disconnect DMX-input.

Replacing fuse

• Before replacing the fuse, unplug mains lead.
• Procedure:

Step 1 : Unscrew the fuseholder on the rearpanel with a fitting screwdriver from the
Step 2: Remove the old fuse from the fuseholder.
Step 3: Install the new fuse in the fuseholder.
Step 4: Replace the fuseholder in the housing and fix it.

Operation

Using AC power jack :This light can be powered by AC power supply. Use a 100~240V(50/60Hz) adapter (included) to connect the light with the AC power jack.

Insert connect the light with AC power supply. Switch the power on, the power indicator flash once and the video light giving out light.

Description of the keys:

Basic setting:

• The display will show address and other information when the unit is powered on.

• Address setting: DMX address is a DMX channel where your light starts synchronizing in the 512 channels available. By setting it up, the light will respond to any signal sent to this address.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu, it will show message [Dmx Adr 001], press, “ENTER” key to enter, use “DOWN” or “UP” key to select required address [001 – 511] and press “ESC”, to confirm and return to main menu;

• Setting when unit loss signal: When DMX signal lost,can choose off the light or keep the last control setting.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu,it will show message [Dmx Loss], press “ENTER” key to confirm, use the “DOWN” or “UP” key to select [Off] or [Hold], and press “ESC” to confirm and return to main menu;

• Dmx loss off: When the DMX signal is lost,it will be black out.
  Dmx loss   hold: After DMX signal is lost,remember the last control setting.

• Master and slave setting: Operated as a MASTER, it can beused to control other SLAVE devices with the same effect.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu,it will show message [Master], press “ENTER” key to confirm, use “DOWN” or “UP” key to select [Master Off] or [Master On], then press “ESC” key to confirm and return to main menu;

When the DMX512 signal connected together,other lights keep same control setting with the master light.

• Demo: To run the built-in perform program.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu,it will show message [Perform], press “ENTER” key to confirm, usen “D0WN” or “UP” key to select [000-002], press “ESC” key to confirm and return to main menu;

• Perform P-000: Light off.
  Perform P-001: Maximum brightness.
  Perform P-002: Strobe perform(Setting to 2channel)

• Mode setting: Have two DMX channels configurations that can be accessed from the menu.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu, it will show message [Channel], press “ENTER” key to confirm, use “DOWN” or “UP” key to select [2-Chn] or [1 -Chn], press “ESC” key to confirm and return to main menu;

DMX Protocol:

Channel 1: Dimmer intensity 0-100%
Channel 2: Shutter/Strobe

• Manual dimmer: Adjusting the brightness of the light, level 000-255 means lighting from dark to brightest.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu, it will show message [Main Dim], press “ENTER” key to confirm, use “DOWN” or “UP” key to select [0-255], press “ESC” key to confirm and return to main menu;

• Fan setting: Open the fan helps to dissipate working heat.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu, it will show message [Fan], press” ENTER” key to confirm, use “DOWN” or “UP” key to select [Fan Auto] or [Fan On], press “ESC” key to confirm and return to main menu;

• Check equipment data:Check the working temperature,working hours,serial number and version about the light.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu ,it will show message [Display], press “ENTER” key to confirm, use “up” key to select [Info],then you can check the unit information such as led bulb temperature [Led Temp ###],unit working hours [Hours #####], unit serial number [Serial ########], and unit version [Sftver #.#].Then press “ESC” key to return to the main menu;

• Display adjusting: Adjusting the length of LCD display. It can be turned off automatically after 5s, 10s, 30s, 60s or continuous on.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu,it will show message [Display], press “ENTER” key to confirm, display time setting, it shows [Display Mode], press “ENTER” confirm. Use “DOWN” or “UP” key to select [5,10,30,60] second, meaning display will turn off automatically [5,10,30,60] second after last press any key o the control board, or select [On] to keep the display on, then press “ESC” key to confirm and return to the main menu;

• Display brightness setting: Adjusting the brightness of LCD display,level 005-255 means screen from dark to brightest.
  Press “ENTER” key to enter main menu,it will show message [Display Level], press “ENTER” to confirm, use “DOWN” or “UP” key to select [005-255], then press “ESC” key to confirm and return to the main menu;
