  • The power cord is equipped with a «europlug»; plug it only into the mains socket with reliable grounding contact.

  • Contact an electrical technician, if you are not sure that your sockets are installed properly and grounded.

  • To prevent fire do not use adapters designed to plug the power cord into an electrical outlet having no grounding contact.

  • If there is sparking or a burning smell, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet and contact your household electrical service provider.

  • If there is smoke from the flask or body of the kettle, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet, do not open the lid of the kettle and take measures to prevent the fire spread. Contact the service center for inspection or repair of the kettle.

  • Do not use the electric kettle outdoors.

Note: the memory function turns on in the water temperature maintenance mode if you have removed the Kettle from the Base (8) 10 times and the water temperature did not go down by 8 degrees below the set temperature, the water temperature maintenance function will be active, if the water temperature goes down by more than 8 degrees from the set temperature, then the water temperature maintenance function will turn off.

  • To switch off the water temperature maintenance function, press and hold the button for 2 seconds.

OVERHEATING PROTECTION

  • If you accidentally switched the kettle on, but the water level appeared to be below the minimal mark, the automatic thermal switch will be on and the kettle will switch off. In this case take the kettle from the base (7) and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes, then fill the kettle with water and switch it on, the electric kettle will operate in normal mode.
