Cleaning of the Carbon Grease Filter Mesh The filter mesh is made of high-density stainless steel. Do not use corrosive detergent on it. It can be cleaned with hot water and non-corrosive detergent, or if instructed, it can be put into a dishwasher at around 60 degrees Celsius.
