The warranty for this product is applicable only if the product is purchased from Rellorus or Rellorus authorized retailers and distributors. If the product is purchased from any other place, the warranty will not apply.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Ensure that the product is purchased from Rellorus or Rellorus authorized retailers and distributors to avail of the warranty.
  2. If you experience any issues with the product, contact your seller for return and warranty issues if you purchased it from a different place.
  3. If you purchased the product from Rellorus or an authorized retailer, and need assistance or have any questions, follow these steps
    • Gather your order ID.
    • Contact Customer Support via email at support@rellorushome.com.
    • Provide your order ID and explain the issue you are facing in detail.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE AND SAVE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

  • To avoid overheating, do not cover or block the heater in any manner.
  • This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, DO NOT let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handles when moving.
  • Always plug directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons including the following

INTENDED USE

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  • For dry areas only. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
  • NOT intended for industrial or commercial use. Do not use outdoors. Use the appliance only for intended household purposes as described in this User Manual.

ELECTRICITY SAFETY

  • This appliance must be provided with correct voltage via a professionally installed power socket. Make sure the voltage indicated on the label of the appliance is the same as your local supply.
  • DO NOT use the heater with a damaged cord or plug. Do not use if it is dropped or has visible signs of damage. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons.
  • This heater draws up to 1500W of power. To prevent overloading of the electrical circuit, do not plug into a circuit with other applianc- es already connected.
  • IMPORTANT – This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to rig this safety feature.

RELATED TO USE

  • DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of the appliance. No user serviceable parts inside. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.
  • DO NOT run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances… Arrange cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.
  • A heater has hot or arcing or sparking parts inside. DO NOT use it in areas where gasoline, paint or flammable liquids are used or stored.
  • To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 3.3 feet (1 meter) from the air outlet.
  • DO NOT touch or hold the mains plug with wet hands.
  • DO NOT insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, fire or damage to the heater. Setting Up

  • Make sure that the caster wheels are properly attached to the heater before use.
  • To avoid any damage to the radiator fins, do not over-tighten the wing nuts.
  1. Turn Upside Down
    • Turn the heater upside down on a flat and firm surface. Unscrew the wing nuts. 
  2. Install Front Caster Wheels
    • Screw the front caster wheels onto the threads using the wing nuts.
  3. Install Rear Caster Wheels
  4. Unscrew the wing nuts.
  5. Attach the U-shaped bolt between the last two radiator fins, and then screw the rear caster wheels onto the bolt.
  6. Set Upright for Use
    • Turn the heater over to set it upright. Wait a few minutes for the oil to settle before plugging in.

USING YOUR HEATER

Display & Controls

Temperature Setting

  • With unit on, press or hold to adjust the temperature (40-95°F).
  • Once the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop heating.

Child Lock
With unit on, hold both simultaneously for 3s to turn on or cancel child lock. Once turned on, only Power button is available.

Auto ON/OFF Timer

  • Press once to activate Timer setting, then keep pressing Oor © to set a time (00-24H) to turn on or off automatically.
  • To cancel, set timer to 00 or turn the heater off.

Heating Mode

  • With unit on, press to cycle through High > Med > Low > ECO modes.
  • In ECO mode, the heater auto cycles through High and Low heat modes (10min high heat & 30min low heat) until the default temperature of 77 F is reached.

Power ON/OFF
Press to turn ON or turn OFF the heater.

Using with Remote Control

  • Remove the plastic tab underneath battery before use.
  • All buttons (except ECO & Child Lock) are functioned in the same manner as the control panel.

Installing & Replacing Batteries

  • Replace with new battery of the same type (CR2025, 3V) when necessary.
  • When not using the remote control for extended period of time, take out the battery.

  1. Pinch the locking tab in then hold to pull the battery compartment out.

  3. Push in the compartment until securely locked into place.

This product contains a coin / button cell battery. If the coin / button cell battery is swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just 2 hours and can lead to death. Additional Features

Tip-Over Protection
When the heater is tipped over, it will shut off automatically. Place the heater back on a flat, level surface and remain upright. Then turn it on again.

Overheat Protection
When the heater gets excessively hot, it will shut off automatically. Unplug immediately and allow it to cool down before plugging it in again.

Auto Display Dim
If no operation is done within 1 min after turned on, the display will dim automatically. Press any button to wake the display up.

Memory Function
If power is not disconnected, it will always remember your last settings (except timer) when turned back on.

CARE AND CLEANING

  • Always make sure the heater is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
  • DO NOT clean with abrasive chemicals, cleaning agents or solvents.
  • Never immerse in water or allow water to drip into the motor housing.

Cleaning

  1. Turn the heater OFF, unplug and wait for it to cool down.
  2. Wipe the surface with a soft, slightly moist cloth to remove any dirt or dust.

Storage

  1. When not in use for an extended period of time, clean as instructed.
  2. Cover and store in a cool, dry location with cord arranged on cord wrap to avoid trip-over.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE

Thank you for choosing Rellorus Oil-Filled Heater. This product is covered with Rellors product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase.

The warranty will not apply in cases of

  • Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purpose.
  • Normal wear and tear of wearable parts.
  • Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
  • Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the instructions.
  • Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
  • Defects caused by or resulting from damages from repairs, service, or alteration to the product or any of its parts that have been performed by a repair person not authorized.

We can only provide after sales service for products that are sold by Rellorus or Rellorus authorized retailers and distributors. If you have purchased your unit from a different place, please contact your seller for return and warranty issues.
