PREPARATION
Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare
parts with package contents list and hardware contents list.
If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product.

INSTALLATION OVERVIEW
Dig a hole 11” deep and
9” in diameter. Fill with one bag mixture of concrete (follow manufacturer’s
instructions for mixing). Install the post into the ground. Pay particular
attention to the location, height, and distance. Level and allow to cure
following the manufacturer’s instructions.
When the concrete has cured, slide the base over the post and proceed to install the mounting plate.
Open the mounting plate and fasten it with hooks.
Attach mounting plate with 2pcs M4 x 5mm screws.
Attach mounting plate to post with 4pcs ( #10-24×3/4”) screws, 4pcs（#10-24 ）hex nuts and 4 pcs ( #10) washers.
