Issue on image quality.
KOORUI 27E1QA monitor features a VA panel. While IPS generally outperforms VA
in color accuracy and coverage, IPS panels have more backlight bleed and lower
contrast.
Compared to IPS panels, VA panels have a higher contrast ratio(271QA has a
high contrast ratio of 3000:1), less backlight bleed, and perfect color
accuracy and coverage for most users.
The 27E1QA uses display settings that are acceptable to most users. However,
you may feel not accustomed to that default setting. If unsatisfied with the
default image display, please adjust the brightness and contrast through the
OSD menu or contact our customer service for technical support.
Here’s how to adjust Resolution:
Resolution settings
- Windows : Windows Settings → System → Screen → Display Resolution
- Mac : MAC System Preferences>Monitor>Optimization>Scaling
If it cannot be resolved, please contact our customer service
Power on issues
The problem is a European regulation energy efficiency requirement that
automatically switches off after a certain time (4 hours). This cannot be
fixed. The best solution is to go and click on the screen every so often.
- Said that it would run • it can not run simultaneously on the PS5.Only one or the other. Please be sure to make this buyer aware that this does not work on the PS5 properly
The following adjustments can be made regarding this issue.
- HDMI 2.0 port: supports a resolution of 2560 × 1440 with a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
- DP port: supports resolutions of 2560 × 1440 with a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
- HDMI 1.4 port: supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 with a refresh rate of 144 Hz; and 2560 × 1440 with a 60 Hz refresh rate
If you need to achieve 2K resolution and 120 FPS, you will need to do the following.
- Connect. Connect the HDMI 2.0 port/DP port to the display using an HDMI 2.0 cable/DP cable.
- Display customisation. Disable other display options (e.g. MPRT FREESYNC mode, HDR mode, select off state first)
However, the 271Q cannot run 2k 120hz on ps5 xbox series. it can only run
1440P+60HZ or 1080P+120HZ.
