Assembling Instructions:
Refer to the assembly diagram provided in the manual for proper installation.
- For ETS 175L / 250L:
- Follow steps 1 to 4 for assembling.
- Use Screw X (8) and Screw T30 for securing the components.
- For ETS 400L / 500L:
- Follow steps 1 to 3 for assembling.
- Use Screw X (4) and Screw T30 for assembly.
Safety Instructions:
- Do not use the valve outside of the stated temperature limits.
- Do not unplug the valve when energized.
- Ensure the valve is installed in a suitable enclosure to protect against moisture, dust, dirt, and impact.

- Do not connect directly to AC/DC power source. Connect the valve to the appropriate controller/driver only. Do not operate the valve while assembling or disassembling
Special note for R1234ze(E), R1234yf and R516A:
Ignition risk is evaluated in accordance to ISO5149/EN378 and IEC60335-2-40.
- Do not use valve outside of the stated temperature limits.
- Do not unplug when energized
- Must be installed in a suitable end-use enclosure to protect the valve electrical plug against moisture, dust, dirt and impact.
- For countries where safety standards are not an indispensable part of the safety system, Danfoss recommends the installer to get third-party approval of the system containing ammable refrigerant.
