  • If the chopping knife’s rotation is hindered, add some water, juice, or other liquid into the blender bowl.

  • The blender is intended for domestic use only and should not be used for commercial or laboratory purposes.

Before the First Use

After transporting or storing the blender at a negative temperature, unpack it and wait for 3 hours before using it.

Using the Blender

Follow these instructions to use the blender effectively:

  • Ensure the blender is not operated continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow at least 1 minute break after each use.
  • To assemble the blender, place the blender bowl on the motor unit body and turn it counterclockwise.
  • Make sure the blender is assembled with the lid and lid seal installed, and the measuring cup inserted in the lid.
  • The blender is not suitable for beating eggs, preparing mashed potatoes, kneading dough, squeezing juice from fruits and vegetables, chopping solid and frozen foods (except ice), or chopping meat and meat products.
  • Use the scale on the bowl to control the amount of products to process.
  • Before chopping/mixing, peel fruits, remove stones, and cut fruit into 2-2.5 cm cubes.
  • When processing carrots, use a carrot-to-water weight ratio of 2:3 (e.g., for 700 g of carrots, add about 1.05 liters of water).
  • If food processing is hindered, add some water, liquor, juice, etc. into the blender bowl.

Ice Crushing

The blender can be used to crush ice.

Cleaning and Maintenance

To clean and maintain the blender, follow these steps:

  • To remove and install the chopping knives, turn the locking mechanism counterclockwise and remove them along with the sealing gasket.

SAFETY MEASURES AND OPERATION RECOMMENDATIONS

Read the operation manual carefully before using the unit; after reading, keep it for future reference.

  • Use the unit for its intended purpose only, as specified in this manual.
  • Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property and it is not covered by warranty.
  • Make sure that the operating voltage of the unit indicated on the label corresponds to your home mains voltage.
  • Place and use the unit on a flat dry and steady surface.
  • Use only the blender parts supplied with the unit.
  • Put the products in the blender bowl before switching the unit on. Do not switch the unit on if the blender bowl is empty.
  • Cool down hot products before putting them into the blender bowl.
  • Watch the amount of products put in the blender bowl and the level of poured liquids.
  • Before using the unit make sure that the blender bowl is installed properly. Do not switch on the device if the blender bowl lid with seal gasket and measuring cup is not installed.
  • The cutting edges of the chopping knives are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the chopping knives carefully when removing the processed products from the blender bowl and during cleaning the bowl.
  • If the chopping knives stop rotating during operation, switch off the unit, unplug the power cord from the mains socket, remove the blender bowl cover and remove the item preventing the chopper blades from rotating. If the chopping knives rotation is hindered, it is recommended to add some water, juice, decotion and etc. into the blender bowl.
  • Remove products and pour out liquids from the blender bowl, remove the bowl from the motor unit only after you switch off and unplug the unit.
  • Do not use the unit outdoors.
  • It is not recommended to use the unit during lightning storms.
  • Protect the unit from impacts, falling, vibrations and other mechanical stress.
  • Never leave the plugged-in unit unattended.
  • Do not use the unit near heating appliances, heat sources or open flame.
  • Do not use the unit in places where aerosols are used or sprayed and close to inflammable liquids.
  • Do not use the unit in proximity to the kitchen sink, in bathrooms, near swimming pools or other containers filled with water.
  • Should the device fall into water, immediately unplug the Power Cable – only after that can you extract the device from the water. Contact our service center should you need to have the device examined or repaired.
  • Do not allow the power supply to contact hot surfaces or sharp edges on furniture.
  • Unplug the unit after usage or before cleaning. When unplugging the unit, hold the power plug and carefully remove it from the mains socket, do not pull the power cord, as this can lead to its damage and cause a short circuit.
  • Do not touch the unit body, the power cord and the power plug with wet hands.
  • For child safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags used as packaging unattended.
  • ATTENTION! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
  • The unit is not intended for usage by children.
  • Do not leave children unattended to prevent using the unit as a toy.
  • Do not allow children to touch the body of the unit, the power cord and the power plug during the operation of the unit.
  • Close supervision is necessary when children or disabled persons are near the operating unit.
  • During the unit’s operation and breaks between operation cycles, place the unit out of reach of children.
  • This unit is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the unit by a person responsible for their safety
  • From time to time check the power cord integrity.
  • If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its maintenance service or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not disassemble the unit by yourself; in case of any malfunction or if the unit is dropped, unplug it and apply to the service center.
  • To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
  • Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
  • THE DEVICE IS INTENDED FOR DOMESTIC USE ONLY, IT IS PROHIBITED TO USE THE DEVICE FOR COMMERCIAL OR LABORATORY PURPOSES.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

  • After the unit’s transportation or storage at negative temperature, unpack it and wait for 3 hours before using it.
  • Unpack the unit and remove all the packaging materials.
  • Keep the original package.
  • Read the safety measures and operating recom-mendations.
  • Check the delivery set.
  • Examine the unit for damages; if the unit is damaged, do not plug it into the mains.
  • Make sure that the indicated specifications of the power supply voltage of the unit correspond to the specifications of your mains. When the unit is powered from 60 Hz frequency mains, no additional actions are necessary.
  • Remove the lid (2) and remove the measuring cup (1).
  • Wash the bowl (3), the lid (2) and the measuring cup (1) with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry them.
  • The cutting edges of the chopping knives (5) are sharp and can be dangerous, handle the chopping knives (5) carefully.
  • Clean the motor unit body (7) with a soft, slightly damp cloth, and then wipe it dry.
  • Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and the power plug of the unit into water or other liquids.

USING THE BLENDER

  • ATTENTION! Continuous operation time of the blender should not exceed 1 minute, after that make at least 1 minute break.
  • Note: — when using the unit for the first time, a foreign smell from the electric motor can appear — this is normal and it is not covered by warranty.
  • Place the blender on a flat dry and steady surface.
  • Place the blender bowl (3) on the motor unit (7) and turn it counterclockwise (fig. 1).
  • Put the necessary ingredients into the bowl (3).
  • Cover the bowl (3) with the lid (2).
  • Insert the measuring cup (1) into the lid (2) opening.
  • Always use the blender only with the lid (2) with the seal (2) installed and with the measuring cup (1) installed in the lid (2) (fig. 2).

Notes:

  • The blender is not designed to beat eggs, prepare mashed potatoes, knead dough, squeeze juice from fruits and vegetables, chop solid and frozen foods (except ice), chop meat and meat products;
  • The amount of food for processing should not exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the bowl (3) and should not be below the minimal mark «500» on the bowl (3);
  • use the scale on the bowl (3) to control the amount of products to process;
  • Before starting to chop/mix, we recommend peeling fruit, removing stones, and cutting fruit into 2х2 cm cubes;
  • when processing carrots, use a carrot to water weight ratio of 2:3. For example, if you weigh about 700 g of carrots, add about 1.05 liters of water.
  • Connect the power plug to an mains outlet.
  • To switch the blender on and select the chopping knives (5) turn the knob (9) from «1» to «5» to switch on the blender and to select the rotation speed of the chopper knives (5), and the light (8) will illuminate.
  • During the operation or between the operation cycles,
  • you can add the required ingredients into the bowl (3). To do this, remove the measuring cup (1) from the lid (2). After adding ingredients through the lid (2) opening, install the measuring cup (1) back to its place.
  • After you finish using the unit, set the knob (9) to the position «0», and disconnect the power plug from the mains socket.
  • To activate the pulse mode, turn the knob (9) counterclockwise to the «Р» position and hold it down, the backlight (8) will illuminate.
  • After completing using the pulse mode, turn the knob  (9) to the «0» position and unplug the power cord from the mains socket.
  • Note: if food processing is hindered, you can add some water, liquor or juice etc. into the blender bowl (3).

ICE CRUSHING

  • Put no more than 12 ice cubes with an approximate size of 30x25x25 mm into the bowl (3).
  • Switch on the pulse mode for a few seconds by turning the knob (9) counterclockwise to position «P» and holding it down, set the knob (9) to position «0». If necessary, activate the pulse mode again to obtain the desired consistency of crushed ice.
  • After you finish using the unit, set the knob (9) to the position «0», and disconnect the power plug from the mains socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • Wash the bowl (3) preliminary, to do this pour some water into the bowl (3) and add some neutral detergent.
  • Cover the bowl (3) with the lid (2) with installed measuring cup (1).
  • Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
  • Turn on the pulse mode, to do this turn the knob (9) counterclockwise to the «Р» position and hold it, the light (8) will illuminate, set the knob (9) to the «0» position after a few seconds of blender operation.
  • When you have finished rinsing the bowl (3), unplug the power cord from the mains socket.
  • Remove the lid (2) from the bowl (3).
  • Remove the bowl (3) from the motor unit (7), drain the washing solution, wash the bowl, rinse it and dry.
  • Wash the measuring cup (1), the lid (2) and the lid seal (2) with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry.
  • Wipe the housing of the motor unit (7) with a soft, slightly damp cloth and then wipe it dry.
  • Do not use abrasives and solvents to clean the motor unit body (7) and the removable parts.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit housing (7), power cord and power cord plug in any liquids, and do not place any removable parts in the dishwasher.

REMOVING AND INSTALLING THE CHOPPING KNIVES (5)

  • To remove the chopping knives (5) turn the lock (6) counterclockwICE and remove it. Remove the chopping knives (5) and the sealing gasket (4).
  • ATTENTION! The chopping knives (5) are sharp and dangerous. Handle the chopping knives (5) carefully.
  • Wash the chopping knives (5) (only from the knives side) and the sealing gasket (4) with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse them and dry.
  • Wash the blender bowl (3) with warm water and neutral detergent, rinse and dry.
  • Set the sealing gasket (4) on the chopping knives (5).
  • Install the chopping knives (5) in the bowl (3), install the lock (6) and turn it clockwICE.
  • To avoid damage of the sealing gasket (4) when turning the lock (6), do not apply excessive effort (fig. 3).

STORAGE

  • Clean the unit before taking it away for storage.
  • Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of children and disabled persons.
