Assembly & Installation

WARNING
- When using the product, basic precautions should always be followed.
- Read and follow these instructions and heed all warnings.
- Carefully read and understand the information given in this manual before beginning installation. Failure to do so could lead to electric shock, fire, or other injuries which could be hazardous or even fatal.
- Save these instructions and warnings.
CAUTION
- If the lamp or luminaire exhibits undesirable operation (buzzing, flickering, etc.) immediately turn off the power, remove the lamp from the luminaire, and contact the manufacturer.
- Risk of fire. Do not install in a pre-heat luminaire. This lamp only operates on electronic (instant start) ballasts.
- Risk of fire. Perform a visual inspection to ensure lamp holders are not damaged or loose before installing and turning on this lamp.
- If the lamp does not light when the luminaire is energized, remove the lamp from the luminaire and contact the lamp manufacturer or qualified electrician.
- Reliable operating temperature: -4°F to +113°F (-20°C to +45°C).
- These devices are not intended for use with emergency exit lights.
- This product may cause interference to radio equipment and should not be installed near maritime safety communications equipment or other critical navigation or communication equipment operating between 0.45 – 30MHZ.
INSTALLATION
- Turn Off the Power.
- Remove the existing lamp.
- Install the T8 EasyFit lamp.
- Turn on power.
EYES
- Do not look directly at the LED lights for any length of time.
- Do not remove the protective lens covering LED lights.
GT-Lite Limited Warranty
This product is guaranteed against failure due to factory defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. The warranty is non- transferable and applies only to the original owner. Warranty is based on 3 hours per day/7 days per week average when the product is used as directed only. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, or damage resulting from misuse of the product (i.e. using in extreme weather, alterations made to product, neglect, or abuse). For refund or replacement, call GT-Lite at 1-800-865-6799 or submit the form at http://gtledlighting.com/contact-us/ Owner must provide proof of purchase and return the lamp to GT-Lite to be considered for replacement or refund of the original purchase price.
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
