PRECAUTIONS

  1. The maximum support for a single hoist is 12 meters, and the maximum support for a double hoist is 6 meters

  2.  Outlets must comply with safety regulations. If your outlets don’t fit properly, they should be checked by a skilled electrician.

  3. Your outlet plugs must be fully grounded, and your electrical system must be equipped with a magneto cutout safety device.

  4. When the machine is running unattended, be careful not to let children touch it.

  5. Do not pull the cable to disconnect the plug.

  6. The machine should be protected from frost and low temperature.

  7. When the machine cannot lift heavy objects, do not press the lifting button all the time, which means that the load exceeds the maximum capacity of the machine.

  8. Do not disassemble the machine when it is running or powered on.

  9. Do not stand under the heavy lifting objects.

  10. Before starting work, make sure that the wire rope is properly wound on the drum with a pitch equal to the cable diameter.

  11. Observe the maximum load displayed on the hoist. Don’t forget the hooks!

  12. Leave at least three turns of the cable around the cable drum so there is no stress on the cable connection.
NOTE: To avoid any hazard, do not wrap more than 15 meters of cable on the drum.

  13. If the wire rope is worn, please replace the wire rope in time.

  14. If the crane stops during the load lowering, it is normal for the load to drop a few centimetres due to inertia.

  15. After working for 30 minutes, you can suspend the work to cool down the machine. Don’t continue to work for a long time, it is easy to wear the machine.
