Sandy Snacks-a-Lot™
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing Sandy Snacks-a-Lot™ Pet, feed and interact with Sandy to hear fun reactions of 8 different play pieces and watch her react to different foods, flavors and sensations with fun phrases, songs, sound effects and color changing lights.

WARNING
All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, packaging locks, removable
tags, cable ties, cords and packaging screws are not part of this toy, and
should be discarded for your child’s safety.
NOTE: Please save this Instruction Manual as it contains important
information.
Unlock the Packaging Lock
- Rotate the packaging lock counterclockwise 90 degrees.
- Pull out the packaging lock and discard.
ACTIVATING NORMAL PLAY MODE
The first time the Sandy Snacks-a-Lot™ is used, you will need to exit
Try-Me mode and activate Normal Play mode.
- Slide the OFF/Low/High switch to turn the unit on.
- Except for the green pepper, feed Sandy other food pieces. You will hear three ‘du’ sounds as an indication that the normal mode is activated. You will hear three “du” sounds indicating that the unit is in Normal Play mode.
GETTING STARTED
Battery Removal and Installation
- Make sure the unit is turned OFF.
- Find the battery cover located at the bottom of Sandy and use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and open the battery cover
- Remove old batteries by pulling up on one end of each battery.
- Install 4 new “AA” batteries following the diagram inside the battery box.
- Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure.
IMPORTANT: BATTERY INFORMATION
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable batteries.
- Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
- Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
- Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
- Remove exhausted batteries from the toy.
- Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
- Remove rechargeable batteries (if removable) from the toy before charging.
- Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
- Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
WARNING:
Adult assembly required for battery installation.
Keep batteries out of reach of children.
PRODUCT FEATURES

OFF/Low/High Volume Switch
Slide the OFF/Low/High Volume Switch to turn on the unit and choose low and high volume. -
Head Touch Sensor
Touch the head ( the location shown in the picture) to hear different fun sounds. -
Learning Button
Press the Learning Button to hear interactive phrases about colors and food. -
Song Button
Press the Song Button to hear fun songs. -
8 Play Pieces
Put a play piece in front of Sandy’s mouth to make Sandy’s mouth open. Then you can place the play piece on its tongue or directly in its mouth to see how Sandy reacts. Note: Please only feed Sandy the 8 play pieces provided by this toy, othersare not recommended. -
Mouth Open Sensor
The sensor is located the lower part of Sandy’s mouth. Put anything in front of the sensor to make Sandy open its mouth. -
Play Piece Recognize Sensor
When a play piece is in Sandy’s mouth, she can recognize which food she is eating. Let’s see how she reacts.
Sandy will respond to the play piece and tell you how it tastes. -
Play Pieces Storage
Open the storage cover for the play pieces located at Sandy’s tail and place the play pieces into the compartment. -
Moody Light
Different light’s color reflects Sandy’s feeling. It will also light up when Sandy sings. -
How to open and close the storage
To open the storage, hold Sandy’s tail with one hand and pull the locking buckle upwards at the same time, the storage will fall off itself.
To close the storage, put and align the storage cover with the right place, then press the cover, you will hear a “click” sound.
9. Automatic Shut-Off
To preserve battery life, the Sandy Snacks-a-Lot™ will shut off automatically
after several minutes without input. The unit can be turned on again by
sliding the OFF/Low/High Switch. Sandy’s belly will flash in red three times
and then automatically turn off when the batteries are very low.
Note:
- Opening and closing Sandy’s mouth with hands forcibly are not recommended.
- Do not grab Sandy’s tongue when it sticks into the mouth.
- Do not put the toy under water.
ACTIVITIES
- Press the Learning Button to learn color facts or hear Sandy talk about food.
- Press the Song Button to hear Sandy’s sings, with moody light.
- Touch Sandy’s head to comfort her and show her affection. When Sandy is singing, touch her head will hear fun sounds jammed in the song.
- Feed Sandy with one of the 8 Play Pieces to see how she reacts. Please be mindful! Sandy will feel full (and hiccup) for yummy food or get angry (and give you a fart) for disliked food if you feed it too much!
Note: Please only feed Sandy the 8 play pieces provided by the toy, others are not recommended.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Keep the unit clean by wiping it with a slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the unit out of direct sunlight and away from any direct heat sources.
- Remove the batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period of time.
- Do not drop the unit on hard surfaces or expose the unit to moisture or water.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If for some reason the unit stops working or malfunctions, please follow these steps:
- Turn the unit Off.
- Interrupt the power supply by removing the batteries.
- Let the unit stand for a few minutes, then replace the batteries.
- Turn the unit On. The unit should now be ready to play again.
- If the unit still does not work, install a new set of new batteries.
