Before You Start

Please read all instructions carefully.
Retain instructions for future reference.
Separate and count all parts and hardware.
Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product Uri necessarily once assembled
Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

When using this appliance, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons, and hyperthermia, including the following:

CAUTION- High temperature, keep electrical cords, drapery, and other famishing’s at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and away from the side and rear.

  1. Read all instructions before using the heater.

  2. Remove the unit from its packaging and check to make sure it is in good condition before using.

  3. Do not let children play with parts of the packing (such as plastic bags).

  4. Check the household voltage to ensure it matches the heater’s rated specification.

  5. Check the power cord and plug carefully before use to make sure that they are not damaged.

  6. Before unplugging the power cord, be sure to turn off the power. When touching the unit, be sure your hands are dry to prevent from
    receiving an electric shock.

  7. Do not use near to, or point the heater to, furniture, curtains, or other inflammable objects. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.

  8. Do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner to prevent a possible fire.

  9. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater in used by, or near children or invalids, and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.

  10. Always unplug the heater when not in use.

  11. Prevent water from getting into the housing of the heater during operation or in storage. Always store in a dry area free from potential moisture.

  12. Do not use in places where gasoline, paint, or other inflammable liquids are used or stored.

  13. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or similar indoor locations. Never locate the heater where it may fall into a bath tub or other body of water.

  14. Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or the like. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.

  15. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.

  16. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord, damaged plug, after the heater malfunctions, or if it has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Ask qualified technician for help.

  17. Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body temperature, headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid pulse. If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia, turn off the heater and seek medical attention.

  18. To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyper- thermia: DO NOT leave product running unattended in a confined space around infants, or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.

  19. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock, fire, or damage the heater.

  20. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch the hot surfaces. If provided, use handles when moving this heater.

  21. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other uses not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or personal injury.

  22. Always plug heater directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).

  23. Do not use outdoors.

  24. To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.

  27. Never clean this heater while it is plugged in. Do not immerse in water. To disconnect, turn control to OFF, then remove the plug from the outlet by grasping it and pulling it from the outlet. Never yank on the cord.

  28.  This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

  29. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance

  30. Do not use with wireless plug adapter or outlet that allows control remotely.

Remote Control

NOTICE
Always insert batteries correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -) marked on the battery and the remote control (P).

  1. Slide the cover of the battery compartment on the underside of the remote control (P) open ( Fig. 1).

  2. Insert 2 batteries (Type AAA, 1.5 V).. Make sure the polarity (+ and-) is correct 3. Refit the battery compartment cover.

NOTICE
The buttons on the remote control (P) can be used to perform the same functions as the button on the control panel (A) **(Fig. 2).

Switching on/off

  • WARNING Risk of electric shock
    Always set the power switch (M) to O position before connecting the power plug (N) to a socket outlet.
    WARNING High temperature

  • Keep electrical cords, drapery, and other furnishings at least 3 feet (0.9 m) away from the front of the appliance and away from the side and rear.
    NOTICE

  • Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface. Make sure the base (O) of the appliance is stabilized.

  • When positioning the appliance, use the handle (B) to lift and carry the appliance.

  • The appliance can be controlled by using the buttons on the control panel (A) or by using the remote control (P).

  • The appliance emits a beep to confirm reception each time a button on either the control panel (A) or the remote control (P) is pressed.

  • The indicators on the control panel (A) show the current setting.

1. Connect the power plug (N) to a suitable socket outlet.
2. Set the power switch (K) to I position. The appliance emits a beep.
3. Press O button (G) to switch the appliance on. The display (C) shows the room temperature and the appliance starts operating.  

NOTICE
When switching on after previous use, the appliance reverts to the settings from the previous use. The corresponding indicators on the control panel (A) light up.

4. After use, press the button (G) to switch the appliance off. The appliance emits a beep.  

When the appliance is switching off, it automatically enters a cool down routine. The fan keeps running for about 30 seconds to exhaust remaining heat.

5. Set the power switch (M) to O position. Unplug the appliance from the socket outlet.
6. When room temperature reaches the set temperature, the appliance stops heating up and the fan switches off after 30 seconds. When room temperature is lower than the set temperature, the appliance resumes heating.
  • Adjusting temperature

  • Use the button (F) and button (H) to set the thermostat to the desired temperature between 45 °F and 99 °F.

  • After setting the temperature, the display (C) shows a blinking set temperature and then reverts back to the room temperature.
    Timer function

  • Press button (E) to set a timer. The appliance switches off automatically once the set timer has passed.

  • Use the button (F) and button (H) to set the timer from 1 hour to 24 hours. The display (C) shows a blinking set time (01H to 24H) and then reverts back to the room temperature.

  • When timer function is activated, Indicator shows on the display (C). To cancel the timer, press (k) button (E) and press button (H) to set to UH. H indicator disappears from the display (C).
    Swing function

  • Press button (D) to activate or deactivate the swing function.

  • To distribute the airflow over a larger area, press button (D) and the appliance oscillates right and left.

  • To stop the oscillation in the desired position, press button (D)
    again.
    Overheat protection
    When parts of the appliance get excessively hot, the appliance switches off automatically to prevent overheating.

  • To completely switch the appliance off

1. Set the power switch (M) to O position.
2. Disconnect the power plug (N) from the socket outlet.
  • To resume operation

    1. Allow the appliance to cool down.
    2. Wipe any accumulated dust off the air outlet grille (K) or air vent cover (L) on the rear of the appliance.
    3. Connect the power plug (N) to a socket outlet.
    4. Set the power switch (M) to I position.
  • Press O button (G) to switch the appliance on.
    Tip-over protection

  • If the appliance tips over, it switches off automatically. To resume operation, position the appliance in upright position and press button (G). The appliance operates in the last stored setting.
    Cleaning and Maintenance

  • To clean the appliance, wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

  • Wipe any accumulated dust off the air
    outlet grille (K), or air vent cover (L) on the rear of the appliance. Use a soft brush or brush attachment on household vacuum cleaner if needed.

  • Remove the air vent cover (L) ( Fig. 3).

    Clean it in warm soapy water. Scrub with a sponge or soft brush if needed. Refit the air vent cover (L) after it is completely dry.

  • Wipe the appliance dry after cleaning.

  • Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the appliance.
