Product Usage Instructions

1. Step 1: Driver Side Installation
   Start the installation under the driver side of the vehicle. Locate the front factory studs along the inner side of the body panel. Make sure to chase threads on the studs first before
   installing brackets to remove paint buildup.

2. Step 2: Driver Front Mounting Bracket Installation
   Select the Driver Front Mounting Bracket. Attach it to the factory studs using Large Flat Washers and Nylon Lock Nuts. Leave the bracket loose at this time.

3. Step 3: Driver Side Center & Rear Mounting Locations
   Move to the Driver Side Center & Rear Mounting Locations and repeat the installation steps for the Mounting Brackets. Leave the brackets loose at this time.

4. Step 4: Passenger Side Step Bar Installation
   Attach the Passenger Side Step Bar onto the Mounting Brackets using U Brackets, Carriage Bolts, Large Flat Washers, Lock Washers, and Hex Nuts. Do not fully tighten the hardware at this time.

5. Step 5: Final Adjustment
   Properly level and adjust the Step Bar and then fully tighten all hardware to secure it in place.

6. Step 6: Completion
   Move to the driver side of the vehicle and repeat the installation steps to install the driver side step bar. Once completed, the installation is finished.

Attention:
Do periodic inspections to ensure all hardware is secure and tight. Use mild soap or non-abrasive products for cleaning to protect your bars/boards.

FAQ :

• Q: Is drilling required for installation?
  A: No, drilling is not required for this product. It is a rocker panel mount installation.

• Q: What torque values should be used for different fastener sizes?
  A: The recommended torque values are as follows:

  • 6mm: 6-7 ft-lbs
  • 8mm: 16-18 ft-lbs
  • 10mm: 31-32 ft-lbs
  • 12mm: 56-58 ft-lbs
  • 14mm: 92-94 ft-lbs

• Q: Can I install the step bar myself?
  A: While self-installation is possible, we strongly recommend professional installation for the best results and to avoid any damage during installation.

The instruction here is for your reference only. We strongly recommend the professional installer for best result. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the installation.

Installation

1. STEP 1
   Start the installation under the driver side of the vehicle. Locate the front (2) factory studs along the inner side of the body pan-el, (Fig 1).
   NOTE: Chase threads on the studs first before installing Brack-ets to remove paint buildup.

2. STEP 2
   Select (1) Driver Front Mounting Bracket. Attach the Mounting Bracket to the (3) factory studs with (3) M8 Large Flat Washers and (3) M8X1.25 Nylon Lock Nuts (Fig 2). Leave bracket loose at this time.
   NOTE: Driver Front Mounting Bracket, Driver Center Mounting Bracket and Passenger Rear Mounting Bracket are universal.

3. STEP 3
   Move to Driver Side Center & Rear Mounting Locations (Figs 3 & 4). Repeat Steps 1-2 to install the Mounting Brackets. Leave brackets loose at this time.

4. STEP 4
   Once all (3) passenger side mounting brackets are installed, select and attach the Passenger Side Step Bar onto the Mount-ing Brackets with (3) U Brackets, (3) M8X1.25-55mm Carriage Bolts, (3) M8 Large Flat Washers, (3) M8 Lock Washers and (3) M8X1.25 Hex Nuts, (Fig 4). Do not fully tighten hardware at this time.

5. STEP 5
   Properly level and adjust the Step Bar and fully tighten all hard-ware.

6. STEP 6
   Move to the driver side of the vehicle. Repeat Steps 1-5 to in-stall the driver side step bar.
   Installation completed.

Attention

• Do periodic inspections to the installation to make sure that all hardware is secure and tight.
• In order to protect your bars/boards, please use mild soap/non-abrasive products for cleaning only.
