Product Usage Instructions
Factory Bump Stop Removal
- Grab the bump stop, turn, and pull down the bump stop out of the socket.
MUB1D Installation
- Jack up the truck for easier access to remove and install the bump stops.
- Always put a wheel stop on the front end before installation.
- Twist/Wedge and push the MUB1D into the empty socket.
MUB2 Installation
- For occasional light to medium load on the rear end, jack up the vehicle to install as many MUB2 to MUB1D for optimal connection between the vehicle frame and leaf spring/axle.
Combinations
- MUB1D directly replaces the original factory bump stop.
- MUB1D + MUB2 Results: Smooth and fast rebound after hitting a speed bump or curbside. For light loading/unloading.

MUB1D
- MUB1D – Direct Bump Stop replacement for Chevy 1999-2006 Silverado 1500, 2007 Silverado 1500 Classic, GMC 1999-2006 Sierra 1500, 20078 Sierra 1500 Classic
MUB2
- MUB2 – Optional add-on to MUB1D to add support and ground clearance for vehicle rear suspension. You can add as many MUB2 as you want to fit your needs.
- Please use the included rubber glue if you want to permanently attach the MUB2 module to MUB1D.
Tip: For occasional light to medium load on the rear end, you can jack up the vehicle to install as many MUB2 to MUB1D so the combination of the MUB series will lightly connect vehicle frame and the leaf spring/axle.
- After releasing the lift, the bump stop will be used as an in-between cushion.
- This will provide a smoother ride on rough road conditions and a fast rebound after passing through dips or potholes.
