Product Usage Instructions

Front Wheels Assembly:

1. Push the front wheel into the front leg.
2. Put a small washer and washer on the short shaft of the front wheel, then insert the screw.
3. Tighten the screw using the wrench.

Rear Wheels Assembly:

1. Unfold the shopping cart frame to expose the back leg of the cart.
2. Slide a long axle through the hole in each back leg.
3. Pass the long axle through the large washer, bearing of the rear wheel, and large washer in sequence.
4. Place the end cap on the end of the long axle.
5. Align the holes on the end cap with the holes on the long axle and insert the cotter pin into both holes.

Double Basket Assembly:

Upper Basket:

1. Unfold the 5 sides of the upper basket.
2. Pull up on the side of the basket with the hook and press down on the side of the adjacent basket without the hook simultaneously.
3. Move the side of the basket with the hook so that it firmly sticks to the side of the adjacent basket.

Bottom Basket to Cart Frame Assembly:

1. Insert the cotter pin into the hole on the long axle located in the back leg tube.
2. Keep the cart frame at 50% unfolded status.
3. Put the bottom basket on the bottom two crossbars of the cart frame.
4. Unfold the cart frame completely to ensure the bottom hook is fixed firmly with the bottom crossbar.
5. Place the upper basket on two upper crossbars of the cart frame.

ASSEMBLING

How to assemble the front wheels

• Step 1: Push the front wheel E into the front leg, When pushing in please align the angle of the connecting part so that the hex head screw on the axis of front wheel E can be accurately pushed into the front leg
• Step 2: Put the small washer H and Washer G on the short shaft of the front wheel E in turn, and then put the screw F in
• Step 3: Finally, tighten the screw F with wrench I

How to assemble the rear wheels

1. Step 1: Unfold shopping cart frame A to expose the back leg of the cart. Slide long axle N through a hole in each back leg.
2. Step 2: Pass the long axle N through the large washer K, the bearing of rear wheel J and Large washer K in sequence
3. Step 3: Place the end cap L on the end of the long axle N
4. Step 4: Align the holes on the end cap L with the holes on the long axle N, Insert the cotter pin M into both the holes of end cap L and long axle N
5. Step 5: Use wrench I to unfold and bend the cotter pin M around the end cap L

How to assemble the double basket

Assemble The Basket

1. Step 1: Unfold the 5 sides of the upper basket
2. Step 2: Pull up on the side of the basket with the hook, and press down on the side of the adjacent basket without the hook at the same time. Move the side of the basket with the hook so that the hook is firmly stuck to the side of the adjacent basket.
3. Step 3: Repeat above step 2 for all the sides with four hooks, make all sides firmly connected like in the above picture

Assemble The Bottom Basket To Cart Frame

1. Step 1: Insert the cotter Pin O into the hole on long axle,and the hole is in the back leg tube
2. Step 2: Keep the cart frame at 50% unfolded status like the above picture
3. Step 3: Put the bottom basket on the bottom two crossbars of cart frame
4. Step 4: Unfold the cart frame to check whether the bottom hook is fixed firmly with the bottom crossbar
5. Step 5: Put the upper basket on two upper crossbars of cart frame
   NOTE : There are no bottom hooks under the upper basket
