Read Before Use

1. Any questions/problems during assembly and use please contact the service team for assistance.

2. There are metal springs inside the storage bag adapters, do not microwave them otherwise they will melt.

3. Make sure every part is dry enough before use, especially the cylinder, cylinder cover, and tubing, otherwise the water/moisture will get into the machine through the tubing and then damage the circuit, motor, and battery. Do not wash or steam-sterilize the tubing because it does not touch the body or milk.

4. This pump is totally in a closed system, air and milk are completely separated. So if milk gets into the tubing, there must be something wrong with the assembly. Please stop using and contact with service team to troubleshoot. If need to connect with other brands’ flanges, please make sure they are in a closed system (there is a membrane/ cylinder to separate air and milk). If you are not sure please send an email with photos for our confirmation before use.

5. Before the first use, please fully recharge the machine. To prolong the battery life, do not keep using the item when the battery is very low, and do not use it when it is recharging.

6. Accessories are on sale, please click the store name on the Amazon products page, then click Product to find them. If still confused please contact the seller.

7. When pressing the button to turn on the machine, make sure the finger is dry and clean without sweat, oil, water, or callus, so the machine can detect the operation better.

8. The machine will shut off automatically after 30 minutes of use, this is a protection setting but not a malfunction, just turn it on if you need to continue using it.

How to Use and Maintain

1. Before the first use, please wash every part except the tubing and machine, then sterilize them with a steam sterilizer(Boiling water instead if don’t have a steam sterilizer). If yours is a UV sterilizer or a microwave oven, please do not put it in the storage bag adapters. Make sure every part is dry enough, then follow the instructions to assemble the parts properly.
2. Before pumping, it’s better to massage and warm the breasts with a hot towel for a while, that will help milk letdown and less pain, especially for new moms.
3. Sit down and relax, attach the flange to your breast closely without air leakage. Incline the upper body forward a little. If no breast milk comes out in 5 minutes, please try another time to pump or consult a doctor.
4. For moms pumping many times a day, please wash and air dry the parts after every use. Then sterilize them after the last use. When assembling or disassembling, please follow the instructions to make sure every part is assembled correctly, no air leakage.
5. The USB cable can connect a laptop, power bank, and car charger to recharge, do not use any unoriginal charger to recharge, if your charger missing, please purchase in our Amazon store or contact with seller for assistance.
6. Long press the on/off button to turn on. Pumping will automatically start with massage mode, clicking the button will switch to expression mode, long press the button will shut off. Press the – or + button to adjust the suction that is most comfortable to you.
7. An electric breast pump is intended for the suction of lactating women and breast milk collection.
8. When the machine is working and you want to stop using it, please long press the on/off button to shut it off.

Troubleshooting

No suction

• Insert the tubing into the wrong hole of the machine, there are a suction hole and a recharging hole, please check.
• The tubing connection is wrong, the main tubing should be inserted into the machine, and the branched tubings should be inserted into the flanges.
• Assemble the cylinder wrong and there is an air leak, make sure the cylinder and cylinder cover is assembled correctly and tightly
• The shield doesn’t cover the breast closely enough, please attache the breast to the shield tightly without air leakage.
• The motor is broken, please contact the service team for assistance.

Weak suction

• The accessories get aging. It the time to replace. Usually, the duckbill/cylinder valves should be replaced after 2~4 weeks according to your use frequency.
• The battery is too low, please recharge the machine.
• For air leakage, please check every part connection.
• The Duckbill valve is loose, please replace it.
• Motor malfunction, please contact the service team for assistance.

Milk get into the tubing

• A mistake of assembly, this pump is in a closed system and milk can not get into the tubing, please check or contact with service team.
• The cylinder is broken, please replace the cylinder.
• An open system flange doesn’t connect with any open system flange, closed system only.

Milk can not drip into a bottle/storage bag and stay on/under the cushion pad

• The duckbill valve closes too tight and milk can not flow through, please replace the valve or make the valve a little open to let the milk drop down.

The machine can not turn on

• Low battery, please recharge and try again.
• Short press, please long press the power button for at least 3 seconds to turn it on.
• The finger is with water/oil or callus, clear and dry your finger.
• Not under operating conditions, please use the product under room temperature and ordinary pressure.
• Machine malfunction, please contact with service team or seller.

Assembly Steps

• Insert the massage cushion into the shield tightly.
• Set the cylinder into the tee joint tightly, then press the cylinder cover closely, no air leakage.
• Set the valve on the round bulge in the tee joint tightly(Note: Please do it carefully as the valve is flimsy, if damaged, replace it) If need a single pump. just insert the brenenod tude to the tubing joint as this image shows.
• Screw bottles in the tee joint, and connect them with the machine by the tubing tightly.
  Attention: Make sure the tubing is inserted into the suction hole on the right side but not the recharging hole on the left side.

Touch Panel Controls

• Massage Mode – Massages and stimulates breasts. Quicker and Lighter suction. Adjustable up to 6 levels. Use this mode initially to enable milk letdown, especially for new moms.
• Expression Mode – Longer and stronger suction. Adjustable up to 9 levels. Experienced moms could use this mode to pump more efficiently.
