BEFORE YOU START

⚠ Please read all instructions carefully.
⚠ Retain instructions for future reference.
⚠ Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
⚠ Please place this machine on a flat and stable surface, please be careful and don’t tip over the machine.
⚠ Please kindly laminate one white paper first before you laminate your picture,
Because this way can make laminating effect better, It also can test if the laminator is normal or abnormal to avoid damaging your pictures.
⚠ Remove staples and other metal articles prior to laminating.
⚠ Keep the machine away from heat and water sources.
⚠ Please kindly use the corresponding laminating pouches with related heating temperature.
⚠ The socket should be near the device and easily accessible.
⚠ In order to extend the life of the machine, after 2 hours of use, it is recommended to shut down for half an hour before reuse.
⚠ As there is air moisture remained in the heating element (Especially in humid areas),it is normal that there will be slight smell or smoke(which is the air moisture vapor) when the machine is used for the first few times. Before laminating your file for the first few times, it is highly recommended to run for 30 minutes in an open place.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INTRODUCTIONS

  • This product is intended for indoor use only.?
  • Please kindly keep some space around laminator area, we advise the power line doesn’t be pulled too straight or too tight when plug in.
  • Please kindly let laminator away from inflammable substances and explosives.
  • Please kindly don’t laminate an empty pouch to avoid jam or other troubles.
  • Please kindly don’t open the laminated documents or photos to avoid damaging the documents or photos.
  • Please kindly don’t use your handle to touch the radiating place of laminator to avoid hurting you.
  • Please kindly don’t put any foreign objects on laminator to avoid damaging the laminator or affecting laminator working.
  • Please kindly don’t spray the water, alcohol, paint thinners and ect into the laminator.
  • Please kindly don’t put anything on laminator’s shell when laminator works.
  • Before you unplug the power, please kindly stop to heat up first and wait the laminator to cool down<80 C .
  • Please kindly unplug the power first when you fix the laminator.
  • Before you clean the laminator, Please kindly turn off the laminator first, Second unplug the power, Third using professional cleaner of laminator or soft cloths to clean the laminator.
  • Please do not disassembly, modify or repair the machine in any way on your own.
  • Please do not damage or process the power cables, or do not place heavy objects on the cables.
  • Keep away from pets, while in use.
  • Do not allow minors to use this machine.
  • Unplug this equipment when not in use for an extended period of time.
  • Hazardous moving part is in this equipment, keep body parts away from moving parts.
  • Make sure that the correct type of laminating pouch is used depending on whether or not you are Hot Laminating or Cold Laminating
  • If abnormal conditions such as smoke or odor occurred, please disconnect the power and stop using it immediately.

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING

Switch off the machine at the wall. Allow the machine to cool.
The outside of the unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use solvents or flammable materials for cleaning. Cleaning the internal parts of the unit from possible contamination. When the machine is warm – run the cleaning sheets, like a matte
cardboard of approx.250 g/m’ or a special blotting paper to residue off the rollers. For optimum performance, it is recommended that cleaning sheets are used with the machine regularly.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This product implements free maintenance for product failures due to non-human factors within 12 months.

We stand by our product and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. During this time, you could return them without any paying extra fee if there is a manufacturing defect in it. Please rest assured that the returns are free and easy if there is a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, it would be the customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping fee.
Products on sale are also returnable.

If the product isn’t meeting your expectations, please email within 30-days of receipt.
We will help you to either return or exchange your product. Your original form of payment will be refunded in full once the full return is complete. After 30-days orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional return details are listed below. After 60-days the purchase from BONSEN is non- refundable.

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify BONSEN within 48 hours of delivery.
BONSEN will investigate the claim and notify the freight company of the damage.
Please retain all packaging in the event that BONSEN or the freight company needs to inspect it. These investigations may take several days but merchandise replacements will be processed as soon as possible.

For product arrived defective or damage, We’re sorry to hear that your BONSEN product arrived in less than perfect condition. We’d like to resolve this issue right away with the help of our Customer Support Team and Quality Assurance team. They’ll need to know a bit of information on your order as well as the issue you’re experiencing with your BONSEN product. To report your issue, please reach out to our Customer Support team by emailing support01@bonsenglobal.com with your order number. We may need you to make a short video, or take some pictures of the defects of the product and send them to support01@bonsenglobal.com. After a preliminary analysis on the video or pictures, we will send you a brand new replacement right away if it is confirm to be defective on its arrival. If we determine that you have misrepresented BONSEN product’s condition and that product is not defective, we will send you the right instructions and help you to use the product correctly.
