Bonsen V8 Vacuum Packaging Machine
operation of V8 vacuum packaging machine
No.| Operation process| Operation and use requirements| Possible problems
1
| Select the vacuum bag| Select the sealing bag which is suitable for the machine, and the size and volume shall comply with the description of the product manual (V8 customer demand stands for a 200mm * 300mm sheet bag, but the specific size shall refer to the description of each specification manual)| 1.If a non vacuum packaging bag is used, the sealed one may be melt or cannot be vacuumized.
2.Excessive bags will affect the vacuum effect, such as incomplete vacuum pumping, slow pumping speed, etc
2
| Power the machine for preparation| 1. Before the machine or after the outside pumping joint is used, please ensure that the joint on the right rear of the machine is correctly installed back into the machine (push it to the bottom and keep the position scale mark on the outside pumping joint basically flush with the edge of the case) 2.Plug the machine to the power socket correctly, and it will start up automatically for detection until all the light of the key panel is on, and
enter into the state of work preparation
| The external joint is not assembled in place, which may cause faliure of vacuum or automatic sealing
3
| fill the machine with food or sealed materials| According to the size of a 200mm * 300mm bg, the recommended filling amount shall not exceed 2 / 3 of the capacity.| If the filling objects are too full or the reserved opening is not wide enough, it may lead to incomplete vacuum, sealing failure or wrinkled opening.
4
| Put the opening of pags into the machine| The opening of the bag left on purpose shall not be less than 50mm. Keep both sides of the bag opening aligned, flattened and naturally put it into the vacuum chamber until the front end of the bag contacts the limit location of the drip box.| 1.When using the vacuum roll bag, it is recommended to push the openning horizontally downward to avoid the sealing air leakage caused by the opening of the bag when it is put into the machine upwardly
2.When the opening of the bag is tilted and pushed into the machine or not completely inserted in the vacuum chamber on the drip box, there will be sealing air leakage, resulting in vacuum failure.
5
| Put the opening of pags into the machine| The opening of the bag left on purpose shall not be less than 51mm.
6
| Select the automatic vacuum sealing function, namely the “DRY” or “MOIST” mode| The appropriate mode shall be selected according to the type of food and sealed substances, for example, the dry mode shall be adopted for dry substances, while the wet pumping mode for wet substances with water droplets
/ soup.
| The mixed use of modes may lead to poor vacuum effect or sealing. For example, wet mode of vacuumizing may cause abnormal sealing result such as bag melting during the operation of dry food; Meanwhile, if the dry mode is selected for wet food, it may drain the moisture both inside and outside the food, pollute the opening of the bag or leave the extracted matter at the opening, resulting in incomplete or failed sealing.
5
| single sealing for multiple times continuously| Select the “seal” function on the display panel to seal| The machine is set with overheat protection. When the apertures of the display panel are not fully on, the use of other functions will be limited. It can be returned to use after the aperture is on again.
6
| automatic vacuum sealing for multiple times continuously| Select the “DRY”
or “MOIST” function on the display panel for automatic vacuum and sealing
process| The machine is set with overheat protection. When the apertures of
the display panel are not fully on, the use of other functions will be
limited. It can be returned to use after the aperture is on again.

7
|
Standby protection
| If the machine is not used for 10 minutes, it will automatically enter the standby mode. Press the “seal” function key again to use when the aperture is on.| It is normal that only the indicator of “seal” is on during standby and the brightness is slightly darker than that during operation
8
|
Overheat protection
| When the temperature hits the set overheat protection, the machine will automatically enter the protection mode (the indicator of “seal” continues to flash). Please stand the machine, cool it naturally for about 15 minutes, and reuse it after the aperture is on again.|
When the machine enters the state of set overheat protection, the use of other functions will be limited
9
| “Dry” or “MOIST” mode of vacuum failure protection| After the “DRY” or “MOIST” function start, if the drip box is not installed back into the machine, or the vacuum bag is damaged or it is inserted in an incorrect position, the machine will keep vacummizing continuously, and it is expected to stop automatically after about 2 minutes without human intervention (the “DRY” or “MOIST” function indicator will flash when vacuumizing, and it will be on when stopped.)| 1.When it is necessary to manually interrupt the vacuum process, restart the mode of “dry pumping” or “wet pumping”
2.In case of continuous vain pumping, the machine will automatically stop and reset after about 2 minutes. The machine can return to be used in a normal way when the aperture of the key panel is on.
3.Removal of sealing air leakage fault: reinstall the drip box or put the vacuum bag correctly into the appropriate position of the machine. For detailed troubleshooting, please refer to the “vacuum pumping failure” troubleshooting section.
10
| “EXTERNAL VACUUM” mode of vacuum failure protection| When the “external pumping” mode is selected, if there is air leakage in the outside vacuum tank or bag connected to the joint, the machine will enter the continuous vacuumizing state and stop automatically in about 4 minutes, then the “external pumping” function indicator will flash continuously.| 1.When the white indicator of external vacuum flashes all the time, the use of other function keys is limited. After the machine is kept still and cooled naturally for about 15 minutes, the “EXTERNAL VACUUM” function can be restored
2.If the power supply of the machine is cut off halfway, the indicator of external vacuum will be on for several seconds and then turn off. After the power is reconnected, the machine will be restarted (in order to prevent the machine from entering the state of protection too quickly, it is not recommended to artificially interrupt the power supply, please keep the machine standing, and take it back to use after natural cooling for 15 minutes)
