When charging: LED will flash red

Warning :
When you are plugging your cable into a wall charger, we recommend using a UL/ETL 5V/1A approved charger. Don’t use the fast charger over 5V/1A to avoid damage to the charging case. To ensure the battery life of the earbuds, the earbuds and charging case should be charged once a month.

Product operation

Using Both Earbuds/Binaural Use:

  1. Take the earbuds from the charging case, the earbuds will automatically turn on and pair.
  2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone and put the earbuds close to the mobile phone .Select“KB-TWS-C90″ from the Bluetooth device list to connect.

Power off:

  1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, the earbuds will turn off automatically.The charging case will automatically charges the earbuds;
  2. When the earbuds is turned on, long touch for 5 seconds to turn it off;
  3. lf the earbuds is not conneted for 5 minutes, it will power off automatically.

Charging:
Prepare the USB charger and connect the charging cable to the charger and connect charging case.When charging, the LED will flash red.When fully charged, the LED will stay red.

FAQ

A. When the earbuds can't power on automatically

Check whether the earbuds have power (After the earbuds put into the charging cases andconnect it with the USB charging cable, make sure to charge continuosely for more than 1 hour. )

B. When the earbuds have only one side sound or the mobile phone can not find the Bluetooth device

1. Make sure that both earbuds are powered on and the Bluetooth of mobile phone is activated. 2. Check whether the earbuds connected with other Bluetooth device. 3. Clear away all the relevant Bluetooth device name on the mobile phone, put both earbuds back into charaina cases and take them out after a while to reconnect.

C. When the earbuds is stuck or disconnected while talking or playing music

1. The earbuds are low power, 2. Check whether the distance between earbuds and mobile phone is more than10 meters. 3. Check whether there is any large area of signal barrier between the earbudsand mobile phone.such as wall oriron door 4.There may be some interfering devices nearby, such as routers or other BT
