Instructions for use of the product

  1. electrification
    Method 1: remove the headphones from the left and right sides of the charging cabinet and turn on the headphones. Method two: when the headphones are off (out of the charging cabinet), press the multifunctional touch button on the left and right headphones for about 3 seconds to turn on the headphones.

  2. idle time
    Method 1: when powering on, place the left and right earbuds directly into the charging storage and turn off the earbuds. Method two: when powering on the left and right earbuds, touch the multifunction button for about 6 seconds to turn off the earbuds. Note: If the headphones are not paired and connected to the corresponding Bluetooth device within 5 minutes after opening, the headphones will automatically turn off; The valid signal connection distance has been exceeded and has not been connected to the corresponding Bluetooth device. After 5 minutes, the headset will automatically turn off.

  3. TWS pairing
    a. When the left and right earphones have no pairing record, they will be paired automatically when they are turned on.
    b. When there is a pairing registration between the left and right earphones, it will automatically reconnect after powering on.

  4. left and right ears switch automatically

    • a. during headphone use, place the left (right) ear in the Charging Box to charge, and it will automatically switch to the right (left) ear to play (and continue to maintain the music status before switching).
    • b. During headphone use, place the left (right) ear in the Charging Box to charge, which will not affect the normal operation of the right (left) ear.
    • c. during the use of either ear after tws connection, remove the other earphone can automatically connect the left or right ear to continue the current working status.
    • d. open the left ear or right ear, respectively, to retrieve the handset.
  5. pairing and connecting with Bluetooth devices

    • Open the Bluetooth settings option of the Bluetooth device that is ready to be paired, enter this option, find the Bluetooth pairing name of the headset “kb – TWS – c27” and then click on the pairing name you want to pair.
  6. play music
    Last track: double-click on the multifunctional touch button on the left earpiece.
    Next track: double-click on the multifunctional touch button on the right earpiece
    Volume increase: click the multifunctional touch button on the left ear cup three times
    Volume down: click the multifunctional touch button on the right earcup three times
    Pause/play: click on either earcup and tap the multifunctional touch button once
    When connecting to an ear: double click: next track with three clicks: increase volume

  7. hands-free phone (pairing operation with dual headsets)
    When making a call, answer: click any multifunctional touch key on the headset once
    During the call, refuses: press any multifunctional touch button on the headset for 2 seconds

  8. activate voice assistant
    Activate voice assistant: in standby/music mode, press the main earpiece or L/R4 earpiece for 4 seconds and release after hearing beep.

  9. music mode: press any headphones L/R for 2 seconds to enter ANC mode and then press 2 seconds to turn off ANC mode.

  10. indicator display
    Headphones on: the ice blue light flashes. Headset off: the ice blue indicator flashes three times, accompanied by a power of sound.
    Charging the headset with the Charging Box: When the SIM charges the Charging Box, the white light flashes at the same time. The white indicator flashes during charging and lights up for a long time after charging.
