If you use an MLB2 as a Wiegand reader, you can set the ID of your device for recognition. When you insert the valid Fingerprint, it will pass a virtual card number as the Wiegand 26 output path. For example, if you set your device ID to 255 and the Fingerprint User ID is 3, it will virtual card number as 25500003.
THROUGH OPERATION
The MLB2 can function as a Wiegand output reader for the controller. Below are the operations for adding fingerprint users:
- Add Fingerprint in MLB2
- Operate the controller to enter the Add Card Users and read the Fingerprint added in the MLB2 corresponding to the User ID, it will generate a virtual card number and send to the controller to save this number. So Fingerprints will be added successfully.
These operations can only be done in Programming Mode.
