Important Safety Precautions/Cleaning & Maintenance Instructions

When using your wireless mouse, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR WIRELESS MOUSE.
  2. Never expose your wireless mouse to high temperatures, extreme cold, high humidity or any moisture or water.
  3. In order to avoid the risk of electric shock, never attempt to open your wireless mouse or repair it without the assistance of certified professionals.
  4. Your wireless mouse is not to be used by children or the infirm without suitable adult supervision.
  5. Do not drop your wireless mouse, throw it, or subject it to strong impacts or physical trauma.
  6. Clean your wireless mouse using a soft, moist cloth or paper towel. Do not use harsh chemicals when cleaning your wireless mouse, and never submerge wireless mouse in water.

Trouble shooting

Mouse is not working?
1. Is the mouse powered on?
2. Is the USB Nano receiver securely plugged into a USB-A port?
Try switching to another USB-A port
3. If it is plugged into a USB hub, try plugging it directly into a USB-A port on your computer
4. Check the orientation of the batterries inside of the mouse
If it is still not working, try the steps below to connect the mouse and the receiver
A. Unplug and replug in the receiver
B. Turn off and turn on the power again
C. Press the connect button on mouse (Keep it close to the receiver)
If it does not work after 10 seconds, repeat steps A and B
