Thanks for using the Fiteye smart screen. Before starting the device, Please read the product features and notes in the user manual carefully.

  • • You can’t use other power adapter to power this device
  • Do not block or cover the ventilation hole at the back of the device.
  • Do not use or store this machine in dusty, humid and high temperature environment
  • When the machine breaks down, please do not disassemble and repair it by yourself. Please contact the original factory or dealer to solve the problem.
  • To prevent electric shock, do not step on the power cord or power adapter, do not continue to use damaged power cord.
  • During thunderstorms or this machine is not in use for a long time, please unplug the power cord.
  • Try not to touch the display screen during transportation or use, do not squeeze the display screen hard, and do not damage the display screen with sharp weapons or hard objects, so as to avoid damage to the display screen.
  • To avoid damage to the display screen, do not use sharp objects or hard objects to hit the display screen.
  • Please clean the machine with a dry soft cloth or a soft cloth slightly dipped in a flexible cleaner. Do not use any kind of solvent, such as alcohol or gasoline, or it may damage the surface treatment layer.
  • Children must be made aware of the dangers of climbing this product which can cause serious life injurie if it is droned or dumped.

Installation Instructions for Fiteye Mobile Smart Screen

Please keep the package 1-2 weeks in case of return or exchange

  1. Please check the appearance of the product, whether there are scratches, cracks, and whether the accessories are complete when unpacking. If there are any such problems, please return the product.
  2. If you need to return or exchange the product, please make sure that the product is intact, the packaging is complete inside and outside, and the product and accessories are not damaged.

  1. Take out the bracket and the circular base.
  2. Thread the bracket power cord through the base and install the bracket on the base by aligning it with the slot position. (The screws have been pre-installed in the correct holes and need to be removed first.)Fiteye-FIT-32-Mobile-Screen- \(4\)
  3. Check if the positioning column is correctly inserted. Lock the three Hexagonal screws (long*3) on the base.
  4. Insert the bracket power cord into the charging board base, t hen cover it with the cover plate.Fiteye-FIT-32-Mobile-Screen- \(5\)
  5. After the stand is installed, take it out and stand it upright on the ground. Take the display out of the box.
  6. Align the two four corner screws (short2) on the display back with the U-shaped hole on the bracket, slide them in to fix them, lock the remaining two four corner screws (short2), and finally tighten the two pre-installed screws. (The screws have been pre-installed in the correct holes and need to be removed first.)Fiteye-FIT-32-Mobile-Screen- \(6\)
  7. Check whether all four screws are locked in place and then connect the power cord for your monitor to the power port on the back of the monitor. Align the round cover with the display back cover and place it on so that it fits snugly with the display back magnet.
  8. Please plug the power adapter into the base, the base light will turn on, indicating that the power is working properly.

Notice:

  • If you do not use this product for a long time, please remove the power cord on the back of the display.
  • If the product crashes, unplug the power cord on the back of the monitor and plug it back in.

Using Remote Control

  • The descriptions in this manual are based on the buttons on the remote control. Please read this manual carefully and use the display correctly. This remote uses infrared light. When in use, it should be pointed in the direction of the display’s remote sensor.
  • To install batteries, open the battery cover, replace batteries (1.5V AAA) matching positive and negative electrodes inside the compartment, and close the battery cover. To remove the batteries, perform the installation actions in reverse.

Air Mouse has 3 levels of cursor speed.

  • From slow to fast: Press and hold “OK” and ” Volume+” buttons.
  • The speed adjusts one level when LED light on.
  • From fast to slow : Press and hold “OK” and “Volume-” buttons.
  • The speed adjusts one level when LED light on.

Function Keys :

  • Home: Press and hold 3 seconds Go back to the home;
  • Return: Go back to previous screen;
  • OK: Confirm action or insert cursor;
  • Cursor Locking : Press to lock the air mouse, press again to unlock;
  • Play / Pause : Multimedia play/pause.

Voice switch:
Press and hold “voice Switch” to turn on voice channel. Release the key to turn off voice channel.
Low battery reminder:
The red light flashes slowly when the AAA battery power of the product is lower than 2V.It means that the battery need to be replaced at this time.

Sensor Calibration

Automatic calibration:

  • The changes of voltage and temperature may make the cursor drifts. In this case, put the mouse flat on the desk and remain still.
  • You can complete calibration by pressing any key to wake it un when it is in hibernation mode

How to Use

For initial use, plug a USB receiver into the USB port of device and wait for 20-60 seconds to install driver of USB receiver. Move the mouse, the mouse cursor can move on the screen means that pairing is successful. If it is unsuccessful, press and hold “OK” and “Home” buttons, LED light begin to flash. Pairing is successful when LED light stop flashing.

Internal Battery

This circular base contains a built-in rechargeable battery, which can be use for a period of time without connecting other power sources. when the battery is exhausted, the charger can connect to charge the battery. Note:

  • The battery recharge from 0% to 100% for about 8 hours when using, about 6 hours when shutdown.
  • The battery life of the equipment is about 7-8 hours after being fully charged.
  • The using time of the product increases, and the battery life and battery life decrease proportionally.
  • In order to prolong the life of the battery, it is recommended to charge the battery after using it for a period of time.
  • After the battery is full, unplug the charger. Do not keep the battery fully charged all the time, and the battery cannot be charged in the extreme environment.
  • The standard service time in the manual is based on the laboratory test data of our company, and the actual time will vary according to the different conditions of use.
  • Note: Users are strictly prohibited from replacing or disassembling the battery pack to avoid the risk of explosion o the whole machine due to improper installation or the use of th wrong type of battery. If necessary, please contact the official customer service to deal with the relevant problems.

  • HDMI IN: Used to connect external HD video input.
  • TYPE-C: multi-functional interface. Can connect U disk, mouse, etc., can connect computer upgrade, read the contents of the machine.
  • USB: Can use USB storage device, or for mouse and keyboard receiver.
  • Headphone jack: 3.5mm headphone output stereo sound for connecting external power amplifier devices or headphones.
  • POWER: Press once the power button for standby, and hold down 2s to shut down or restart the machine.

Ventilation

  • Install your product where there is proper ventilation. Do not install in a confined space such as a bookcase.

  • Do not block or cover the product with cloth or other materials while unit is plugged in.
  • Take care not to touch the ventilation openings. When watching the product for a long period, the ventilation openings may become hot.

Safety Note:

  1. Please read all instructions carefully before using this product.
  2. When cleaning the mobile screen, please unplug the power cord, turn off the power switch, do not use liquid cleaning solution or spray cleaner, wipe the screen with a soft damp cloth, if it is still not clean, please use LCD screen cleaner.
  3. Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, otherwise it may cause danger.
  4. when unplugging the power cable of the basic power interface or power adapter, press and hold the power plug. Do not pull the power cable directly and remove the power cable.
  5. This mobile display can only be operated with the type of power supply described on its nameplate. If you have questions about the type of power supply you are using, consult your mobile display distributor or your local power supply office.
  6. Due to high pressure or other dangers when opening or moving the chassis, do not repair it by yourself, please contact qualified maintenance personnel for comprehensive repair.
  7. When the following situations occur, first unplug the power plug or power plug of the bottom battery assembly from the socket, and contact qualified maintenance personnel for repair:
    • The power cable or power plug is damaged or worn
    • The monitor has fallen off or the housing is damaged.
    • If an obvious exception is displayed, the fault needs to be rectified.
  8. Please place the monitor in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperature or high humidity.
  9. Store the display at a temperature ranging from 0°C to 40°C. Otherwise, normal use may be affected.

Disconnecting the Device from the Main Power

  • The power plug is the disconnecting device. In case of an emergency, the power plug must remain readily accessible.
  • Do not let your children climb or cling onto the product. Otherwise, the product may fall over, which may cause serious injury.

Grounding

  • (Except for devices which are not grounded.)
  • The product with a three-prong grounded AC plug must be connected to a three-prong grounded AC outlet.
  • Ensure that you connect the earth ground wire to prevent possible electric shock.
  • Never touch this apparatus or antenna during a lightning storm. You may be electrocuted.
  • Make sure the power cord is connected securely to the product and wall socket if not secured damage to the Plug and socket may occur and in extreme cases a fire may break out.
  • Do not insert metallic or inflammable objects into the product. If a foreign object is dropped into the product, unplug the power cord and contact the customer service.
  • Do not touch the end of the power cord while it is plugged in. You may be electrocuted.

The monitor could fall, causing serious injury.

Many injuries, especially among children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions, such as:

  • Use the cabinet, frame, or mounting method recommended by the monitor manufacturer.
  • Please use furniture that can safely support the monitor.
  • Please educate children about the dangers of climbing on furniture to access the display or its controls.
  • Be sure to organize the wires and cables connected to the display so that they cannot be tripped, pulled or grabbed.
  • Never place the monitor in an unstable or tilted position.
  • If you want to put the monitor on higher furniture (such as cabinets or bookshelves), you must repair the furniture and monitor on a suitable support point.
  • Do not place the monitor on cloth or other items between the monitor and supporting furniture.
  • Do not place toys, remote controls, and other items that may induce children to climb on the monitor or the grave gear on which it is placed.
  • The same precautions as above should be taken in order to retain and relocate existing monitors.

If any of the following occur, unplug the product immediately and contact your customer service.

  • The product has been damaged.
  • If water or another substance enters the product (like an AC adapter, power cord, or product).
  • If you smell smoke or other odors coming from the product.
  • When lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
  • Even the product is turned off by remote control or button, AC power source is connected to the unit if not unplugged in.
  • Do not use high voltage electrical equipment near the product (e.g., a bug zapper). This may result in product malfunction.
  • Do not attempt to modify this product in any way without written authorization from Fiteye Electronics. Accidental fire or electric shock can occur. Contact your local customer service for service or repair. Unauthorized modification could void the user’s authority to operate this product.
  • Use only an authorized attachments/accessories approved by Fiteye. Otherwise, this may result in fire, electric shock, malfunction, or product damage.
  • Never disassemble the AC adapter or power cord. This may result in fire or electric shock.
  • Handle the adapter carefully to avoid dropping or striking it. An impact could damage the adapter.
  • To reduce the risk of fire or electrical shock, do not touch the product with wet hands. If the power cord prongs are wet or covered with dust, dry the power plug completely or wipe dust off.
  • Please make sure the device is installed near the wall outlet to which it is connected and that the outlet is easily accessible.
