MARKLIFE P15 Label Printer User Manual

Introduction

First time using

Please open the paper compartment cover and put the paper on top of the printer.After closing the paper compartment cover, the paper will expose a short section of the printer, as shown in the figure:

Note: Only one side of the printing paper can be printed. Please place the printing paper in the correct direction.

Product Introduction

Power indicator status

Steady green light: power on/standby/charge completed Red light ON:charging/out of paper/ overheating/ opening the cover
Red light flashing : low battery will cause weak handwriting please charge in time.

Note: Please avoid direct contact with the print head to avoid damage, especially after printing, do not directly touch the print head immediately to prevent overheating.

App download and settings

Mobile Download
Search “Mark life” in the APP Store



Settings

After entering the app, click to search for Bluetooth devices, click to connect now.
(Note: Please do not search and connect a Bluetooth printer in the Bluetooth settings of your mobile phone)

Wireless connection

The label printer can’t:
pair Bluetooth of the mobile phone.

Note

  1. Turn on phone Bluetooth;
  2. Open APP clisk”UNLINK” find printer..

Android users need to authorise the address permission to search for Bluetooth devices and successfully connect to the printer.

This is a requirement of the Android system, not an APP requirement,

Install label stickers correctly

Install stickers – Stickers face out of the paper

Create label – Operation method 1:

Click”Scan” to scan the OR code on the label paper package to get the corresponding template.
Step: Homepage find Scan-Scan QR code on paper package-Confirm Only the original label paper has the QR code.

Create label – Operation method 2:

  1. The label machine is installed with a gap sticker—40mm*12mm, select the gap label.
  2. The default size is shown here: 40mm *12mm, if you use other sizes stickers, please select the correct size.

Replacement of consumables

  1. Opening the cover: in the direction of the arrow as shown, press the cover opening button to open the cover
  2. Consumables: in the direction shown in the figure, put the heat sensitive surface of the paper on the same side as the heat sensitive head

Safety and precautions

  1. There is a built-in lithium battery, please do not use it in the environment with temperature higher than 40 °C;keep away from fire and other heat sources, and do not place it in the hot sun, such as closed car;
  2. Children should be charged and used under the supervision of adults. After full charge, please make sure to pull out the charging line in time to prevent overheating, short circuit or fire;
  3. Do not put the product in fire or water to avoid battery short circuit or fire or burn;
  4. The operating temperature range is 0 °C to 40 °C,please do not exceed the recommended temperature range.
  5. If you suspect that there is a problem with the battery, please contact the after-sales service center for assistance.
