Before first use
- Wash with washing-up liquid and rinse with water before using the first time.
Cleaning
- Always wash the product by hand after use.
- Do not use steel wool or anything that may scratch the coating. Dishwasher detergent and waste powder that solidifies cooking oil can affect the surface.
- The base is slightly concave when cold, but expands to flatten out when heated. Always leave the cookware to cool before cleaning it.
- This allows the base to resume its shape and helps to prevent it from becoming uneven with use.
How to use
- This cookware is suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.
- The cookware is provided with Teflon® Select non-stick coating, which means you can cook food with little or no fat or oil at all.
- Do not let the cookware boil dry as the base becomes skewed from overheating and the coating may lose its non-stick properties.
- Use only wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.
- When using the cookware on an induction hob, use it on a zone that has the same diameter as the cookware for best performance and to save energy.
- Bear in mind that the cookware gets hot during use. Always handle with pot holders.
- Always lift the cookware when moving it on a glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk of scratching the hob.
