Power adapter issues as follows:

Do not use other brand power adapters to charge the lithium cell. Because some the voltage and current are different.
Even though the voltage and current of other brand are the same specifications, there still have the compatibility issue.
Quality issues, some power adapters have the bad quality .For example, some bad power adapters can not resist the heat, prevent overcharge, shortcut problems.

Waterproof level of electric scooter is IPX4,so do not put them into water .And avoid the water going into the hub and the cell. When the water submerge the wheel hub, the motor, or the cell, the internal circuit will damage.
Do not use any metal touch the two charging port ,it maybe cause the shortcut.
