Make sure you use our right power adapter to charge the lithium cell.
Power adapter issues as follows:
- Do not use other brand power adapters to charge the lithium cell.Because some the voltage and current are different.
- Even though the voltage and current of other brand are the same specifications, there still have the compatibility issue.
- Quality issues,some power adapters have the bad quality.For example,some bad power adapters can not resist the heat,prevent overcharge,shortcut problems.

- Check all the parts are in good conditions to ensure a safe riding.If you have problems, contact us or the dealers.
- Please obey the traffic regulations .Slow riding in rainy and snowy day.
- Waterproof level of electric scooter is IPX4,so do not put them into water .And avoid the water going into the hub and the cell. So do not explore our electric scooter in rainy conditions for a long time. You can check waterproof level IPX4 online to get more information to protect your electric scooter.
- When the water submerge the wheel hub,the motor,or the cell,the internal circuit will damage.
- Do not use any metal touch the two charging port,it maybe cause the shortcut.
