The Tischventilator VT2302-1 | VT2302-2 is a desk fan designed for personal

Getting Started
- To turn on the fan, press the power button. The indicator for the selected speed will light up.
- Adjust the fan angle by holding the base firmly and tilting the grill backward for horizontal positioning.
- To charge the fan, plug the USB cable into the USB charging port and connect it to a computer or suitable power adapter.
Cleaning
- Before cleaning, unplug the USB cable from the charging port.
- To clean, rotate the front part of the grill counterclockwise to remove it for cleaning.
Storage and Transport
- Store the fan in a dry place.
- For transport, use the original packaging if possible.
Troubleshooting
- If the fan does not work, check the battery level and recharge if necessary.

Safety
DANGER for children
- This product may be used by children aged 8 and above, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacities or lacking experience and knowledge if they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the product and understand the risks that may arise.
- Children must not play with the product.
- Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are 8 years of age or older and are being supervised.
DANGER for children
Keep packaging material away from children. There is a risk of choking if
swallowed. Also, pay attention that children do not pull the packaging
material over their heads.
SHOCK HAZARD
- Use an appropriate mains adaptor with a maximum mains voltage of 5 V to charge the product. The adaptor may only be used in dry indoor spaces and must be protected from moisture. The USB charging cable can also be connected directly to your computer.
- The USB charging cable must not be connected to a USB hub.
- Plug the mains adaptor into a properly installed and grounded power outlet.
- Ensure that the socket is easily accessible so that the mains adaptor can be pulled out quickly if necessary.
- Make sure you unwind the USB charging cable completely before connecting it. In doing so, take care to keep the cable from being damaged by sharp corners or hot objects.
- Position the USB charging cable where nobody can trip over it.
- Do not cover the mains adaptor with curtains, newspapers, etc., and ensure sufficient ventilation. The mains adaptor can become hot.
- Pull the mains adaptor out of the socket:
- before cleaning the product,
- if there appears to be a malfunction during operation,
- To unplug, grasp the plug, not the USB charging cable.
- Avoid charging the product if the mains adaptor or USB charging cable is damaged.
- Never attempt to modify the product or the USB charging cable. Only allow repairs to be carried out at a specialist workshop, since inexpertly repaired devices can present hazards to the user.
- Discard the USB charging cable or mains adaptor if damaged, and use a new USB charging cable or mains adaptor of the same type instead.
- The product, USB charging cable or mains adaptor must not be immersed in water or other liquids.

- Keep the product, mains adaptor and USB charging cable away from naked flames and hot surfaces.
- The product should only be used in dry indoor areas. The product must never be used in wet areas or exposed to rain.
- Never store the product where it can fall into a bath or washbasin.
- Never reach into water to get a product that has fallen in without first unplugging the product.
- Do not allow children to insert any objects into the product.
- Always switch off the product and unplug it when you are not using it, before cleaning it or in the event of a fault.
RISK OF INJURY during operation
- This product must never be used without a grille.
- Never stick your finger or other body parts, or any other objects through the grille.
- When the fan is in operation, ensure that no objects, such as ties, scarves, necklaces, long hair, etc., can get caught in the rotating propeller.
- Animals must be kept away from the product.
BEWARE of material damage
- The product should be placed on a level, dry and stable surface that is easily accessible.
- Never place the product on or near hot surfaces (e.g. hobs, etc.).
- Avoid contact of the power cord with hot objects.
- The product should not be covered with curtains, etc.
- The product must never be exposed to high temperatures (heating, etc.) or extreme weather conditions (rain, etc.).
- Do not spill any liquid onto the product.
- Never clean the product by immersing it in water or other liquids, and never use a steam cleaner. This can cause damage to the product.
- Never clean the product in the dishwasher. Otherwise, you would destroy the device.
- Protect the product against sharp jolts and vibrations.
- Stop using the product if its plastic components show cracks or fissures or have become deformed. Any damaged components should only be replaced with suitable original spare parts.

Intended use

Start-up
Place the fan with the base 3 on a level, dry and stable surface that is
easily accessible.
Operation
Switching on the fan |
To switch on the fan, press the power button 6.
Setting the speed level
Press the power button 6 repeatedly to select the desired fan speed.
The corresponding indicator will light up.
Adjusting the fan
- Hold the base 3 firmly with one hand.
- Tilt the grille 1 backwards to bring the fan into the horizontal position.
Charging the fan
The quick flashing of the charge indicator battery is low and needs to be recharged. There are two ways to charge the battery.
- Connect the USB charging cable to the USB charging port 5.
- Connect the USB charging cable either
- to your computer or
- to a suitable mains adaptor.
- Connect the mains adaptor to a properly installed and grounded power outlet.
The charge indicator flashes while the battery is charging. The charge indicator lights steadily when the battery is fully charged.
Cleaning
NOTE on material damage Improper handling of the fan can cause damage.
- Never use aggressive detergents, brushes with metal or nylon bristles or sharp or metallic cleaning objects such as metal sponges and the like to clean the fan. They can damage the surfaces.
- Never clean the fan in the dishwasher. Otherwise, you would destroy the device.
The front part of the grille is removable and can be cleaned.
- Always disconnect the USB charging cable from the USB charging port 5 before cleaning.
- Turn the front part of the grille anti-clockwise.
- Remove the grille and clean it under running water.
- Then, thoroughly wipe the grille dry.
- Replace the grille and secure it by turning it clockwise. A clicking sound indicates that the grille is correctly engaged.
- Remove dust from the rear grille with a soft brush.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the housing. Then allow all parts to dry completely.
Storage and transport
Ensure that all parts are completely dry before storing the product.
- The fan should be stored in a dry place at all times.
- Keep the fan away from direct sunlight.
- Store the fan in a closed, safe place inaccessible to children at temperatures between +5 °C and +20 °C (room temperature).
- Preferably transport the fan in its original packaging.
