Product Usage Instructions
- Unpack the product and make sure all the components are included.
- Place the electric chocolate fondue pot on a suitable surface.
- Do not heat the pot on a stove.

Safety
- This product may be used by children aged 8 and above, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacities or lacking experience and knowledge if they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the product and understand the risks that may arise.
- Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children, unless they are 8 years of age or older and are being supervised.
- Children must not play with the device.
- Keep wrapping and packaging material away from children. There is a choking hazard. Also, pay attention that children do not pull the packaging material over their heads.
DANGER from electricity
- Do not immerse the device, power cord or power plug in water or other liquids.
- Position the device so that there is no risk of liquids spilling onto or coming into contact with the device’s power connector.
- Do not operate the device with wet hands.
- Do not operate the device outdoors.
- Only connect the device to a correctly installed and functioning mains outlet with a voltage that corresponds to the “Technical data”.
- Ensure that the mains outlet is readily accessible so that you can quickly unplug the power cord, if necessary
- Do not use the device:
- if the device itself or its parts are damaged,
- if the power cord or plug is damaged,
- if the device has fallen down.
- Unwind the power cord completely before each use. Ensure that the power cord is not damaged by sharp edges or hot objects.
- Unplug the power cord from the mains outlet:
- when you are not using the device,
- after each use,
- before cleaning or putting away the machine,
- if there appears to be a malfunction during operation,
- during thunderstorms.
- To unplug, always grasp the power plug; do not pull on the cable.
- Do not modify the device or power cord. Have repairs carried out only by a specialist workshop as improperly repaired devices endanger the user.
Risk of fire/burns/scalding
- The device must not be operated with a timer or a separate remote control.
- Always make sure the pot is filled with chocolate before turning on the device. The device must not be turned on without a pot.
- Never place the device near flammables and keep it away from walls, shelves and racks.
- Do not cover the device. The vents on the underside of the device must always be clean and unobstructed.
- The chocolate and pot get hot. Never touch these directly and never dip your fingers in the hot chocolate. Always let the chocolate cool down sufficiently before eating foods dipped inside it.
- Make sure the pot has cooled down before touching it and allow the device to cool down completely before cleaning.
- Do not move the running device back and forth while the chocolate is still hot. There is a risk of scalding from splashing hot chocolate.
- The device must be placed on a stable, level surface that is easy to clean. Ensure that the device does not tip over accidentally.
WARNING – property damage
- The device must only be used with the supplied pot. Never melt chocolate directly in the device.
- The pot must not be heated on a stove.
- Chocolate preparation can cause splashes. Ensure that the surface is easy to maintain and can easily be wiped clean. If necessary, place a suitable underlay under the device. Always wear a kitchen apron or the like when preparing chocolate to protect yourself from splashes.
- Keep clear of heat sources such as hobs.
- Never stir chocolate with pointed objects as they could scratch the pot surface. Use a wooden, plastic spoon or the like instead.
- The pot is dishwasher safe, but the device is not.
- Do not use aggressive detergents, abrasives, hard sponges or the like for cleaning.
- The device has support feet at the bottom. Since surfaces are made from various materials and are treated with diverse care products, it cannot be completely excluded that some of these substances contain ingredients that attack and soften the feet of the device. If necessary, place a non-slip pad underneath the device.
Hygiene instructions
- Pot leftovers should not be reused and must be discarded. The device must be thoroughly cleaned after each use.
Intended use
- This electric chocolate fondue maker is intended for chocolate melting. Liquid chocolate can be used to prepare homemade pralines.
- Only use chocolate that is easy to melt such as cooking chocolate or couverture. Do not melt the chocolate that contains solid ingredients such as nuts, grapes, brittle chips, etc.
- The device is intended solely for private use in enclosed spaces and should not be used for commercial purposes.
- Use the device only as described in this operating manual. Any other use is considered improper and may result in damage to property or even personal injury. The manufacturer or dealer assumes no liability for damage caused by improper or incorrect use.

Use
Unpacking and checking
- Take the device out of its packaging and carefully remove all the packing material.
- Check that the delivery is complete.
- Check the device for any visible damage. Discontinue use if it is damaged. In this case, contact the dealer where you bought the device.
- Before first use, clean all parts as described in the chapter “Cleaning”.
Setting up and connecting
- Place the device on a firm, level, and easy-to-clean surface such as a worktop.
- Plug the power cord into the mains outlet
Melting chocolate
RISK of burns
- The chocolate and pot get hot. Never touch these directly and never dip your fingers in the hot chocolate. Do not touch the pot when it is still hot.
WARNING – property damage
- Never stir chocolate with pointed objects as they could scratch the pot surface. Use a wooden, plastic spoon or the like instead.
The pot must not be overfilled! Make sure the chocolate level is below the MAX marking inside the pot.
- Crumble some chocolate into the pot and place the pot in the device.
- Set the temperature controller to I or II.
- Level I for melting and keeping warm (40-50 °C) or
- Level II for heating (60-70 °C). The status LED lights up and the device is turned on.
- The chocolate will begin to melt after a while.
- Gradually add more crumbled chocolate and, if necessary, other ingredients. Keep stirring the chocolate so that it does not burn. It takes approx. 5-20 minutes to melt the chocolate depending on the chocolate used.

After use
- Set the temperature controller to 0.
- Allow the device to cool down.
- Clean the device, as described under “Cleaning”.
Tips and information
Tips on Chocolate
- It is recommended that you use commercially available chocolate, ideally with a high cocoa content. Cooking chocolate and couverture is the most suitable.
- Do not use chocolate with brittle chips, yogurt, almonds, etc.
Chocolate fondue
- Dip ingredients directly in the hot and melted chocolate.
- Skewer fruits such as strawberries and grapes on a wooden skewer and dip them in the chocolate.
- Carefully dip biscuits and other hard pastries with one hand.
Tips on making pralines
- Never add water to hot chocolate.
- Add a little more chocolate if it is too thin.
- Adding 2 teaspoons of cocoa or coconut butter results in a shiny surface.
- You can add chili, cinnamon, or coffee for a special aroma. High-proof alcohol also gives a pleasant aroma.
Recipes
Chocolate fondue
Ingredients
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 100 g of light milk chocolate
- 50 ml of cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
- Cut your favorite washed and peeled fruits (bananas, pineapples, pears, oranges, etc.) into small pieces.
- Put small pieces of light and dark chocolate in the pot.
- Melt chocolate by setting the device to level I. Add cream, vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Stir the pot contents until they become thick and creamy.
- Then you can then dip skewered fruits in the chocolate and eat them.
Hot chocolate
Ingredients:
- 45 g of dark chocolate
- 125 ml of milk
- 35 ml of liquid whipped cream
- 12 g of icing sugar
Preparation:
- Put small pieces of chocolate in the pot and add 25 ml of milk.
- Melt chocolate by setting the temperature controller to level I. Keep stirring the contents.
- Once the pot contents become a homogeneous mass, add the rest of the milk, liquid whipped cream and icing sugar.
- Set the temperature controller to level II and heat the pot contents for two to three minutes under constant stirring
Hot chocolate sauce for desserts
Ingredients:
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 100 ml of cream
Preparation:
- Put small pieces of chocolate in the pot and add 50 ml of cream.
- Melt chocolate by setting the temperature controller to level I. Keep stirring the contents.
- Once the pot contents become a homogeneous mass, add the rest of the cream.
- Set the temperature controller to level II and heat the pot contents for two to three minutes under constant stirring.

- Wash the pot with a mild dishwashing detergent or in the dishwasher.
- Let all parts air dry thoroughly before using or stowing the device.
