- Use Guidance
- Connect the power supply
- Select the appropriate power connection method according to the use environment.
- Use with built-in battery only
- The device has a built-in battery installed by default. It can be turned on if there is sufficient battery capacity.
- Use with an on-board power cord in the car
- Connect the input end of the car power cable to the car cigarette lighter, and the output end to the charging port of the oxygen concentrator. If the red light on the car power cord lights up, it means that the power supply is connected properly.
- Required input: DC12~16.8V/5A.
- Use with an AC adapter (optional)
- Connect the AC adapter to an AC power cord firmly, plug it to the socket, and then connect its output end to the oxygen device. Red indicator on the AC adapter indicates good power connection and the battery is charging normally.
- The indicator will turn green after the battery is fully charged.
- Required input: AC100~240V 50/60Hz.
- Connect the disposable oxygen inhaler (optional accessory)
- Securely connect the flared end of the disposable oxygen inhaler tube to the oxygen outlet of the device and wear the other end as shown below.
- Note that the tube of the disposable oxygen inhaler should not be kinked or blocked, so as not to cause the equipment to alarm or to affect normal use.
- If you need to purchase an oxygen inhaler, please contact the equipment provider or professional medical staff.
- Start to use
- Press the “Power” button to start the machine. Select a suitable gear by pressing the gear button, and wear a disposable oxygen inhaler appropriately to start inhaling oxygen.
- Oxygen supply mode of the equipment is pulse oxygen supply with a built-in breathing sensor. When the user inhales, the machine will automatically release oxygen, while the “breath signal” light will flash; the machine will stop releasing oxygen when the user does not inhale.
- When the user does not inhale for more than 10 seconds, the machine will switch to active oxygen supply mode, releasing oxygen at a frequency of about once every 3 seconds until the machine re-detects the user’s breathing signal, that is, the original oxygen supply mode will be restored.
- How to charge the batteries
- As shown in Figure 7, connect the AC adapter to charge the battery;
- Remove the battery according to the method shown in Figure 3, and then connect it to an AC adapter according to Figure 7 to charge.
- If you need to stop supplying oxygen during use, long press the “Power” button for 3 seconds to shut down.
- After use, unplug the disposable oxygen inhaler from the oxygen outlet of the device, then unplug the power cord from the device, and finally cut off the power supply.
Precautions for Use
- Battery Charging
- Due to transportation control and other reasons, the device’s battery only has enough power for testing or has no power at all when it leaves the factory. Therefore, before the first use, the device needs to be charged;
- The battery will only be charged when using the AC adapter; If the car power cord is used, it can only supply power to the device, and cannot charge the battery;
- This device does not support the use of external battery packs;
- The AC adapter and the car power cord will share the same power outlet, so they cannot be used at the same time;
- When the battery of the device is less than 25%, the power indicator will flash. Please connect the power adapter or charger to power the device in time;
- When the device is not working, the battery in the device is fully charged for about 4-8 hours. The full charge time is extended to 9 hours when the device is working.
- When using the car power cord in the car, please turn on the engine of the car, and do not use the device when the engine is turned off to prevent the battery in the car from losing power. Only the on-board power cord dedicated to this device can be used.
- Guidance for Use in Electromagnetic Environment
- To prevent this machine from being interfered with by the strong electromagnetic environment or interfering with other electrical products, please keep the product at least 30cm apart from other household appliances during use.
- Non-professional personnel shall not disassemble the oxygen concentrator. If the professional maintenance personnel needs the electrical schematic diagram of the product, please contact the manufacturer or the after-sales service.
- Use and Purchase of Disposable Oxygen Inhaler
- The working mode of this equipment is pulse oxygen supply mode. To use this equipment, please connect it to an oxygen inhaler.
- For the oxygen concentrator to correctly detect breathing and deliver pulsed oxygen, make sure that the disposable oxygen inhaler is installed correctly and that the tubes of the oxygen inhaler are not kinked or blocked.
- Do not use an oxygen inhaler that is not suitable for this device. Please purchase an appropriate oxygen inhaler under the guidance of the equipment provider or professional medical staff to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the normal use of the user.
Maintenance
- Clean the Shell
- The outside of the machine should be wiped clean at least once a month. Cut off the power supply and then wipe it with a slightly damp cotton cloth or sponge.
- Be careful not to seep liquid into the cracks of the chassis.
- After cleaning, place the machine in a ventilated place for about 2 hours, and wait until the surface is completely dried before using.
- Clean the Disposable Oxygen Inhaler
- The oxygen inhaler should be cleaned once a week, and the nasal cannula on it should be cleaned after each use.
- Soak the inhaler into vinegar for about 5 minutes, and then rinse with clean water, or wipe with medical alcohol. It is recommended that the oxygen inhaler be replaced every 2 months of use. (Note: The inside of the oxygen inhaler tube should be kept dry.)
- Replace the Air Intake Filter Pad
- The main function of the intake filter pad is to filter and adsorb dust and impurities in the air, which may cause a blockage after a long period of use, thus affecting the oxygen production effect of the machine.
- Therefore, it is recommended to replace it every six months; and if the environment is dusty, replacing it once a quarter is recommended.
- Note that the filter pad can not be washed and reused, otherwise it will affect the performance and life of the machine!
- Replacement method: Remove the battery according to the method shown in
- Figure 3, lay the machine flat, and remove the two silicone stoppers as shown in
- Figure 8. You will see the round air intake filter pad inside. Take it out with tweezers, put in the new pad, and finally put the silicone stopper back in place.
- Battery Maintenance
- If the machine is not used for a long time, it is necessary to charge it every three months to avoid deterioration of battery performance due to long-term low power or non-use.
- For each charge, a charge of 25%-50% will be fine. This operation is not required if the product is in normal use.
