Caution

• The appliance will not work while it is connected to the mains power supply.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

EWS

• The appliance must only be used with the power pack supplied EWS.
• To unplug the appliance grip the plug, do not pull on the lead.
• Do not use extension cables.
• Ensure the appliance does not come into contact with clothes.
• Do not use the epilator.

• on damaged skin areas
• on areas that may present a health hazard (varicose veins, beauty spots, birthmarks)
• if you suffer from skin conditions such as eczema, inflamed skin or acne. In the bikini area the appliance is only to be used on the external contour and never on more intimate areas (vaginal lips).

For reasons of hygiene, we recommend you not to lend anyone your appliances, even those who are closest to you. It is advised not to apply too much pressure to sensitive areas (knees, shins, armpits) with your epilator.

• The hand-held parts must be disconnected before cleaning underwater. Suitable for usein the shower.
• The battery must be removed from the appliance before it is scrapped.
• The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing the battery.

PREPARATION OF THE SKIN

• Your skin must be clean and dry.
• Use on dry skin: the small red spots which appear after epilation show that hair has been removed correctly, they will disappear quickly. For this reason it is advisable to use the epilator at night. If necessary apply a soothing cream after epilation.

PEELING (according to model)

• We strongly recommend that you use the Exfoliator Head 2 days before using your epilator to avoid irritating your skin.
• And not to use a peeling gel or cream at the same time.
• After peeling, we advise you to wipe over the area with a moist flannel to remove any dead skin.

PEDICURE (according to model)

• Do not use the appliance: on any part of your body other than your feet., on damaged or infected skin, on blisters, verrucas or corns pain.
• Consult a doctor if your skin becomes very irritated or starts to bleed.
• Do not use the appliance on the same spot for longer than 3 seconds at a time. Do not exert excessive pressure on your skin.
• Do not use the appliance if you have diabetes or poor circulation.
• If you suffer from skin problems or other medical problems, consult your doctor before using the appliance.
• Do not insert objects in the appliance or disassemble the appliance.
• Your skin must be clean and dry.
