Download the Tuya Smart APP from the app store, install it, and register it.
Connect the gateway to your home WiFi network.
Open the gateway app, and add a sub-device by long-pressing the pairing key of the temperature humidity sensor for 6 seconds.
The device LED will blink rapidly; confirm the device LED blinks rapidly on the app.
The device will be in the connecting mode and added successfully.

Q: Can the device be used outdoors?

A: No, the product is not designed to be used outdoors or in wet conditions. It is recommended for indoor use only.

Q: What is the battery capacity of the device?

A: The device has a battery capacity of 450mAh, providing a standby time of over one year.

The zigbee temperature&humidity alarm is working with the zigbee gateway.
It uses advanced signal analysis and processing technology to provide users with ultra-high-precision detection and anti-false alarm performance which is designed to guarantee product stability.
When the temperature and humidity of the detection environment exceed the set upper and lower limits, it would set linkage with other smart devices as well as report to a user so that he could remotely monitor the premise temperature humidity in real-time.

Connect the device with gateway

Download Tuya Smart APP from APP store, install it register it and then connect the gateway to your home wifi.
Open the gateway app — Add sub-device — Long press pairing key of the temperature humidity sensor for 6 seconds — Device LED blinks rapidly — Confirm the device LED blinks rapidly on APP — Connecting — Added successfully.

Example 1: The device makes a call and/or sends sms to the user when it alarms
Open APP – Enter temperature humidity detector interface — setting —Phone /message notification —-after you purchased it successfully return to main interface – click smart – choose automation — click + to create a smart scene(e.g. add a condition if the temperature above 30 degrees) – – send notification – phone or message notification – at last press confirm and save it.
Example 2: Set linkage with other devices when the temperature humidity sensor alarms
Open APP – Enter temperature humidity detector interface — setting —Phone /message notification —-after you purchased it successfully return to main interface – click smart – choose automation — click + to create a smart scene(e.g. add a condition if the temperature above 30 degree – Run the device – choose another smart device (e.g. switch) —click turn on – at last press confirm and save it.

Open APP — Temperature humidity interface— click curve — click export icon — enter your mailbox

The product is not designed to be water-proof or fire-proof. Do not put it in water or use it outdoors on rainy days.
The transmission distance between the device and the gateway is limited. If the device is beyond the range of the gateway, the temperature and humidity data on the APP will not be changed.
This product can reduce the occurrence of accidents, but it cannot be 100% guaranteed. For your safety, in addition to using it correctly, the product should be regularly maintained. Trigger an alarm at regular intervals to make sure it works okay.
The device has a power-saving mode, which collects data signals every 10 seconds. If the data remains consistent, the data will be uploaded once in 10 minutes. If the temperature changes more than 0.6 degrees Celsius (humidity 6%), the data will be uploaded immediately.
If the device is disconnected from the network for more than 24 hours, the device will be offline from the APP; the battery power status will be checked once every 8 hours (with an error of 10%).
