MULTIPLE SECURITY PROTECTIONS:
Safety grounding. Water heater is equipped with automatic power-off protection against electric leakage, overtemperature, high temperature and dry heating.

SELF-DIAGNOSIS

There is an inlet and outlet water temperature sensor. If the sensor fails (open circuit or short circuit), the system will automatically stop heating and display the fault code (E1 over temperature, E2 electric leakage, E3 water inlet probe, E4 water outlet probe). When the temperature is over (the water temperature in the water heater is 58°C), the system automatically stops heating, (the water temperature in the water heater 63°C) and starts to alarm, and displays the fault code “E1 “. When the water temperature in the water heater is lower than 50°C, the system will automatically restore heating.

Electric leakage

SPECIAL WARNING

1. The capacity of the home circuit and circuit breaker must match the rated power of electric water heater which should be Installed by qualified professionals.
2. If the water in water heater is frozen, it is forbidden to turn on the water heater.
3. When the power cord of the water heater is damaged, the professional maintenance personnel must be notified to repair or replace the power cord.

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Selecting a suitable wall hanging position.
2. Use an electric drill to drill holes in order to fix the water heater.
3. All accessories are connected, and then the water test is necessary.
4. Connect the power cord after passing the waterway test.
5. After the above steps, the water heater can be tested with water and electricity.
6.  If water heater works normally, then the installation is finished.

DESCRIPTION OF WORKING STATUS

1. Water heater has not started if there is no dynamic icon on the display.
2. Please check whether the water flow passes through the water heater and whether the water inlet and outlet are connected correctly.
3. Too low water pressure at home can also cause failure to start normally.
4. If there is something stuck in the water inlet, the water heater will not start.

WORKING TEMPERATURE CHANGE

1. When the water heater stops working and the cold water delivering is also stopped, the residual heat of the heating tube will go on heating water which causes the temperature rising. When the water heater is turned on again, the cold water is re-entered, and the temperature inside the water heater will drop immediately. The water heater will slowly return to normal temperature after one minute of operation.
2. Why the set temperature does not match the outlet water temperature or the temperature does not meet the set temperature requirement while the water heater is working normally? Because the power may be too small and not strong enough for heating. In this case, the water flow can be slowed down for temperature rising. Why the temperature can’t reach the set requirements based on full-load work? Because it relies on water flow rate and temperature of inlet water. Large water flow has low temperature, while small water flow has high temperature.
