GmbH do not contain any substances in concentrations that prohibit their being
placed on the market.

specifications and our high quality standards as well as national and
international standards and regulations.

Extension of the REACH – Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 08.06.2023 concerning the Registration, Evaluation,
Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals
PCE Deutschland GmbH, as a manufacturer and distributor of measuring, control
and weighing equipment, is a “downstream user” within the meaning of the REACH
Regulation (EC) 1907/2006. Obligations due to the manufacture and placing on
the market of substances/ chemicals for pre-registration and registration
(ECHA) do not apply to us.
Our products are articles and therefore cannot be defined as substances or
preparations.
Furthermore, no substance is released from our products under normal and foreseeable conditions of use. Therefore, PCE Deutschland GmbH is neither subject to the obligation to register nor to the obligation to prepare safety data sheets.
