- A: The device only supports 2.4GHz WiFi type. Make sure to open Bluetooth before adding the device.
- Q: How to add a device?
- A: The default state of the device is Waiting Configuration Mode (LED flashes). If the reset button is off, please long press the reset button for 6 seconds, then add the device. Choose Add Device and scan the QR code on the device.
- Q: What are the compatibility and requirements for the device?

Download APP
- Android system: Download the “Tuya Smart” APP from GooglePlay to your mobile;
- IOS system: Download the “Tuya Smart” APP from the App Store to your mobile.
Register and login
- Run the application from your smartphone.
- Register and login
Add Device
- The default state of the device is Waiting Configuration Mode(LED flashes ); If the reset button is off, please long press the reset button for 6 seconds, then add the device.
Note: The device only supports 2.4GHz WiFi type, please open the Bluetooth before adding.
- Choose “Add Device”, and scan the QR code on the device;
- Scan the QR code of the device, and wait for the WiFi Configuration

- Eg: When the door sensor detects the door is opened, then the plug will be turned on in their scene linkage.
Home APP Add Instruction
Attention:
- Please make sure the IOS system of the mobile is above 16.1;
- A smart home hub must be set up (eg: HomePod, Home- -Pod Mini, Apple TV or iPad), and then the Matter devices can be added to the “Home” App.
- The configured Wi-Fi must be on the local Area Network (LAN) with the hub.
- Please open Bluetooth before adding it first.

- Please open the APP Store, then search “HomeKit”and download the APP.
- Please open the APP and log in via your local iCloud account after the download has been completed.
Add device
- The default state of the device is waiting configuration mode(LED flashes ); Non non-configuration mode, please long press the reset button for 5 seconds, then add the device again.
- Note: The device only supports 2.4GHz WiFi type and must be added via a smart home hub.
