Maintenance and Care

Important Notes

  1. Before cleaning, please turn off the unit and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Do not immerse the device directly in water or any liquids during cleaning, as this may cause circuit damage and cause electrical hazards.
  3. It is recommended to place this unit on a kitchen countertop rather than on the floor.
  4. Pouring foods with a high oil content may result in moist and viscous kitchen waste after processing.
  5. We recommend not removing the inner bucket. Instead, directly pour kitchen waste into the bucket with the inner bucket installed to avoid difficulties in accurate installation.
  6. If you encounter a situation where the lid cannot be closed, please ensure that the inner bucket is correctly installed. First, align the arrow markings on the inner bucket handle and the chamber, then gently rotate the blades to ensure the inner bucket is correctly installed in place.
  7. During the kitchen waste processing, the initial mixing process may cause a slight increase in noise, but it will quickly quiet down.
  8. During kitchen waste processing, the unit’s body may generate slight heat, which is normal.
  9. The outlet temperature during kitchen waste processing may be higher. It will not damage wires or furniture, but do not block the outlet or touch it with your hand.

The ventilation outlet continues to operate, and this process lasts approximately 40 minutes. Once ii reaches a safe temperature, the lid will automatically unlock, and the ventilation outlet will stop working.
  12. The inner bucket is coated with a non-stick layer and can be cleaned in a dishwasher. The blades can also be disassembled for cleaning.
  13. Handle the processed kitchen waste with care and keep ii out of reach of pets or children to prevent ingestion.
  14. The P30 has a large 530ml carbon box, so you don’t need to worry about odors. However, please maintain the carbon box by ensuring that the air inlet and outlet are not blocked before using the unit. It is recommended to replace the activated carbon every  2 3 months, depending on usage. The activated carbon used in the P30 is biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
  15. The Quick Mode is recommended for common kitchen waste not exceeding 1.5 liters.
