Important Safety Instructions

Please read this instruction manual carefully before using the product and keep it properly.

General Warnings

Warning!

  1. Any issues that may arise during product cleaning should be addressed as soon as possible. Clean the power cord and small items on the ground to avoid obstructing the product during the cleaning process. Fold the edges of the carpet under the carpet and keep the hanging curtains, tablecloths, etc. away from the ground.
  2. If there is a suspended environment such as stairs, please test the product first to see if it can detect the edge of the suspended area without falling. Protective barriers should be set up at the edge of the suspended area to prevent the product from falling. It should be ensured that this protective device does not cause personal injury such as tripping.
  3. Please use the product according to the instructions in the manual. Only use accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
  4. Ensure that the power supply voltage matches the voltage marked on the dust collector.
  5. Ensure that the dust bin and filter are installed in place before using the product.
  6. If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by professionals from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or similar departments.
  7. Please turn off the product switch before cleaning and maintaining the product.
  8. Before cleaning and maintaining the product, the plug must be unplugged from the power outlet.
  9. Before discarding the product, please remove it from the dust collector, turn off the power switch of the product, and remove the battery.
  10. lf the product is not used for a long time, please power off the product.
  11. The product cannot be used by children under 8 years old or individuals with mental disorders. If necessary, please use it under the supervision and guidance of your guardian. Please do not allow children to ride on the product or play with the product as a toy.
  12. Before discarding the product, the battery must be removed and discarded in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  13. Please follow local laws and regulations to dispose of old batteries.
  14. Only used in indoor home environments. Please do not use it outdoors, in commercial or industrial areas.
  15. Do not use the product in the room where babies sleep.
  16. Do not use damaged power cords or sockets to use the product. Do not use the product when it cannot function properly due to falling, damage, outdoor use, or water ingress. To avoid injury, the product is returned to the manufacturer or their after-sales service for repair.
  17. Please use the product according to the instructions in the manual. Our company is not responsible for any losses or injuries caused by improper use.

Use Warnings

  1. Prohibit the use of products in environments with open flames or fragile items.
  2. Do not use the product in extremely hot (above 40 °C) or extremely cold (below 0 0C) environments.
  3. Prohibit hair, clothing, fingers, and other parts of the human body from approaching the opening and operating parts of the product.
  4. Do not use the product on damp or waterlogged surfaces.
  5. Prohibit the product from absorbing any items such as stones, waste paper, etc. that may clog the product.
  6. Do not allow the product to absorb any flammable substances, such as gasoline, printers, or toners and toners used in photocopies. Do not use the product in clean areas with flammable materials.
  7. It is prohibited for the product to absorb any burning items, such as cigarettes, matches, ashes, and other items that may cause a fire.
  8. Prohibit placing items at the suction port. Do not use the product when the suction port is blocked. Clean the dust, cotton wool, hair, etc. at the suction port to ensure smooth air circulation at the suction port.
  9. It is prohibited to use damaged dust collectors. If the dust collectors are damaged, in order to avoid danger, they must be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, authorized dealers, or professionals from similar departments.
  10. Even if the product is severely damaged, ii is prohibited to burn ii, as the product battery may cause an explosion.

Battery Use

Instructions for discarding batteries

  1. If you want to discard the battery in this machine, please do not discard it together with the domestic garbage, but hand ii over to the nearby waste Battery recycling recycling station or after-sales service center for centralized treatment.
  2. The following instructions are not intended for general users, but for the final battery disposal party’s disposal instructions.
  3. The chemicals contained in the built-in battery of this machine can cause pollution to the environment. Please take out the battery in the body of the robot before discarding it. The battery should be sent to a professional Battery recycling point for centralized disposal.
  4. Be careful! Battery leakage Exudate will cause human injury!
  5. If the battery leaks Exudate, make sure to avoid contact with eyes or skin.
  6. If in contact, immediately wash hands with water and rinse eyes. If you still feel unwell, seek medical attention immediately.

Removing the battery

  1. The following information is only applicable when discarding this robot and is not a daily operating instruction!
  2. Only remove the battery when the battery is completely discharged. Under no circumstances should batteries come into contact with metal objects. The steps to remove the battery are as follows:
    • Allow the robot to run completely dead without touching the dust collector;
    • Turn off the robot power switch;
    • Remove the screws on the battery cover plate;
    • Remove the battery cover plate;
    • Unplug the battery connector and remove the battery.

However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

  1. Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
  2. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  3. Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.

Getting Started

Preparation

  1. Remove EVA cotton from the robot.
  2. Snap the 2 included Side Brushes onto the square pegs on the bottom of the robot.
  3. Place the Self-emptying Base on a level surface and against a wall. Remove any objects those are closer than 1.6ft I 0.5m from either side of the base or closer than 4.9ft / 1.5m from the front of the base.
  4. Plug in the base. The power Indicator icon on the top left side of the base will flash white when the base has power.
  5. Place the boundary magnetic stripe on the floor of the house to block the robot from entering certain areas.

Charging

  1. Charge the robot completely before first use. It may take up to 4 hours to fully charge.
  2. To charge for the first time, manually place the robot on the base by aligning the charging contacts. Once the alignment is successful, the robot’s recharge button indicator light will be breathing blue.
  3. During the cleaning process, press the recharge button on the robot vacuum or in the APP to send it back for recharge.

Tips:

  1. When the cleaning cycle is complete, or the battery is lower than 15%, the robot will automatically search for the base.
  2. Always keep the self-emptying base plugged in, otherwise the robot will not automatically return to it.

Using the Robot Vacuum

Powering On and Off

Press the power switch on the robot to power on/ off. “I” to turn it on, “O” to turn it off.

Starting and Pausing
Press on the robot to start/ pause cleaning. The default cleaning mode is Auto Cleaning Mode.

Tips:

  1. It is recommended to have the robot start cleaning from the base.
  2. If the robot is not used after leaving the base, the robot will enter the standby state; If you do not use the robot for a long time, please turn off the power switch.

APP Operation

Installation and Setup
With the Tuya smart app, you can select cleaning modes, schedule cleanings, adjust suction power, receive notifications, and access other features.

Before starting setup, ensure:

  • Your smartphone is running iOS 10.0 or later, or Android 5.0 or later.
  • Your wireless router has 2.4GHz Wi-Fi enabled (the robot only supports 2.4GHz).
  • The robot is docked in the powered-on Self-emptying Base.

Then:

  1. Turn on the power switch of robot and is solid blue.
  2. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Open the app and create a user account.
  4. Follow the following instructions to connect the robot to your Wi-Fi network. After connecting successfully, you can control the robot through the app.

Registration and Login

  1. Create a new account.
  2. Log in your account.

Connect your robot to the app

  1. Connect your smartphone to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and ensure the Bluetooth of your smartphone is turned on.
  2. Allow the app’s access to Bluetooth. Click “OK”.
  3. Add device or click the O on the upper right.
  4. The robot is detected automatically. Click “Add”.
  5. Ensure your smartphone is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and enter Wi-Fi password. Click “Next”.Enboya-09141145-D60-Robot-Vacuum-Cleaner-fig- \(18\)
  6. The robot is being added, wait a few seconds.
  7. The robot is added successfully. Click “Done”.

Add Device–EZ Mode

  1. Click Add Device or O on the upper right.
  2. Click to enter “Small Household Appliances” category and choose “Robot Vacuum (Wi-Fi)”.
  3. Press the recharge button on the robot for 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator starts flashing blue.
  4. Select 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and enter its password. Click “Next”.
  5. Click “Confirm the indicator is blinking rapidly” then enter Next step.
  6. Select EZ Mode.
  7. The robot is being added and this progress may process a few minutes.

Control your robot through the app

  1. Map: Record the cleaning route of the robot (tip: only record the route of a single cleaning by the robot. It is for viewing only and cannot be operated on).
  2. Recharge : Tap “recharge” and the robot will stop cleaning and return to charge automatically.
  3. Auto Mode: In this mode, the robot will clean the room in a zigzag shape.
  4. Edge Mode : In this mode, the robot will clean along the corner of the wall.
  5. Spot Mode : In this mode, the robot intensively cleans a specific area in a spiral shape – great for concentrated areas of dust or debris.
  6. Manual Control : Manually control your robot to move forward, turn left, or turn right.
  7. Schedule : Set a cleaning schedule, and the robot will clean and return to base when it has finished cleaning at the defined times.
  8. More : Click to view more functions.
  9. Suction level: Chasse suction level for cleaning needs
  10. Seek robot : If the robot gets lost in the house, use this feature to locate the robot. Click and the robot will make two beep sounds to confirm its location.
  11. Dust collection : Set the dust emptying frequency for the  self-emptying base, or operate it to collect dust immediately.
  12. Accessories : Click to view the usage time and suggested replacement time for accessories.
  13. Mute mode : Enter mute mode. The robot’s voice prompts will be off (except for find the robot voice).
  14. Volume setting : Adjust the volume of the robot’s voice prompts to an appropriate level.
  15. Share Device : Share the robot with another account so they can also control it.

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning of Dust Bin and Filters

  1. Press the release button to remove the dustbin.
  2. Remove the filters.

  4. Rinse the filters thoroughly with water.
  5. Air-dry the filters completely before the next use.

Cleaning the Main Brush

  1. Open the main brush guard.
  2. Unlock the buckle and remove the main brush.

  4. Reinstall the main brush.

Cleaning the Side Brushes

  1. Remove the side brushes.
  2. Clean the side brushes with the cleaning brush.

Replacing the Side Brushes

  1. Remove the old side brushes and install the new ones into place.
  2. Make sure the left side brush marked with an L (Left) and the right side brush marked with an R (Right) are installed correctly.

Cleaning the Sensors and Charging Contacts

Cleaning the Universal Wheel
Clean any hair or debris wrapped around the wheel.

Replacing the Dust Bag

  1. Lift open the top base cover.
  2. Pull up the dust bag handle to remove the dust bag.
  3. Discard the used dust bag.

  5. Close the top cover.

Troubleshooting

When the robot is working, there are situations such as disorderly routes, and missed cleaning in small areas.

| ·  Please minimize the placement of scattered items on the ground as much as possible. It is recommended to clean up any debris on the ground before using the robot.

·  It is recommended to wait for the floor wax to air dry before use.

·  For optimal results, it’s suggested to close the door of the designated cleaning area and let the robot clean it separately.

The robot is stuck.

| ·  The robot will attempt to overcome the difficulty. If it fails, it is advisable to provide manual assistance.

·  Consider options such as raising furniture, or creating no-go zones.

The suction decreases.

| ·  Please ensure timely cleaning of the vacuum cleaner.

·  Regularly clean the dust bin and filters to maintain its efficiency.

·  After rinsing the filters, allow it to air dry in a cool place.

The dust emptying has not started after the robot returns to the base.

| ·  Please securely close the top cover of the self emptying base.

·  Ensure that you have installed the dust bag.

·  It is recommended to allow the robot to return to the self emptying base on its own and avoid manually moving the robot.

·  If needed, kindly get in touch with customer service for assistance.

Debris leakage during operation.| · Remove the dust bin and remove any foreign objects.

Difficulty in recharging the robot.

| ·  Place the self emptying base on a level surface and against a wall. Remove any objects that are closer than 1.6ft / 0.5m from either side of the base or closer than 4.9ft / 1.5m from the front of the base.

·  Please check if the self emptying base is connected to the power supply.

·  Prior to using the machine, it’s advisable to clear the area of debris and wires to prevent entanglement during operation.

·  Minimize pausing and repositioning the robot whenever possible. To ensure effective operation, allow the robot to complete its cleaning tasks independently.

·  It is recommended to have the robot start cleaning from the base.
